Gaku Kitajima(human) and Rui Oguro(leopard) are college students in a beastman world, and Rui takes notice of Gaku when he sits under Rui's favorite tree for lounging, but he doesn't rat Rui out to the teachers, so he takes an interest in Gaku. He learns Gaku wants to be a doctor for beastmen and came to a school with more beastmen to learn about them and becomes interested, beginning to lick Gaku on the mouth, saying it's because he "feels like it." But to Gaku, it feels like much more. Cute dynamic. No trigger warnings.

Hakua is sent to take down a man-eating tiger but instead gets kidnapped himself by Youko, the descendant of tigers who married humans who can take on a human shape. Youko insists that Hakua bear him a child, and even when he learns Hakua is male, he rapes him. But after that the two live together for a while and Youko begins to understand human feelings more as Hakua comes to forgive him. But Hakua can't stay away from human society forever. Will Youko be able to give him up now that he's finally found someone who accepts him? Kind of choppy and obviously a bad start for a romance, but I liked the depiction of Youko's character growth. Ryuka and Velk (a beastman) live together in Ryuka's small village ever since he found Velk wounded a year ago and took him in. Velk asked Ryuka to be his mate back then, and the two have been sleeping together ever since, but Ryuka hesitates to give Velk his heart, even so. But when it looks like Velk might lose Ryuka after all, will Ryuka have any regrets? Trigger warnings: death of family members.

Lee Taejoon is a tiger beastman who has a complex because carnivores are expected to be aggressive, and he's very timid. While working at a convenience store, he meets the adorable model Hwa Seoyoon, who passes out drunk so Taejoon takes him home. Seoyoon assumes Taejoon is just another beastman who wants to mess with a cute, meek lamb, but he's surprised by Taejoon's innocence and becomes interested in knowing more. The two begin a physical relationship, but Taejoon's best friend is worried about the effects this will have on the already somewhat unstable Taejoon. Trigger warnings: bullying, self harm.

Ch.1 - More than a Play Bite - When Takumi was a child, he was rescued when he fell in the river by a wolf beastman who lives nearby called Professor. Now in university, Takumi finds himself wanting more from their relationship, but Professor still treats him like a child. When Takumi finds out that beastmen play bite their lovers, he becomes determined to overcome the gentle care Professor shows for him and get him to mark him. But Professor is scared to hurt the little boy he watched grow up. This one isn't my favorite, but it's fine if you're into age gap stuff. No trigger warnings. Ch.2 - Catch the Goddess by the Tail - Shunsuke is a leopard beastman in the track club as his university who has a cocky underclassman, Aihachi, who always says the goddess of victory is on his side. Before a big race, Aihachi always calls Shunsuke over to cook for him and they end up sleeping together, and Shunsuke isn't sure why he goes along with it, except that he loves to see Aihachi run. But when Aihachi gets even bigger wins, Shunsuke starts to feel that Aihachi doesn't need him anymore, not realizing that Shunsuke has been his goddess of victory all along. The story is fine, but mostly I really like this one for Shunsuke, who does a great job of being nonchalant but also completely not in touch of his feelings. No trigger warnings. Ch.3-4 - The Sweetest Bite in the World - Mikuni is a snake beastman who was always made fun of until his recent molt, which has made him not only beautiful but unresistible due to his pheromones. With hordes chasing after him every day, the only one Mikuni really wants to notice him is Nachi, a half-lion beastman who protected him when they were children, but Nachi seems unaffected. Mikuni is desperate to get Nachi's attention, even going so far as to bite him with aphrodisiac venom, not knowing that Nachi has only been looking at him all along. Trigger warning: aphrodisiac, attempted rape. Ch.4.5 - More Than a Play Bite Extra - This extra is very cute, and includes all the previous couples going to consult with Dr. Mikami, a snake beastman, and his human assistant. It's fun to see the couples again and get a deeper look into how their relationships progressed, but honestly, Mikami and his assistant are my favorite couple in the entire volume. I love them and wish there was more. No trigger warnings.
