Sei is a sheltered child who is treated as a living god due to his inherited ability to turn into a white snake, but he's tired of being stuck in his house and sneaks out as a snake where he's picked up by snake-lover Murasaki. Once Murasaki finds out Sei is a snake he wants to study and learn more about him, while Sei desperately wants a friend, so Murasaki helps Sei get permission to go outside from his overbearing family and has him spend the night and accompany him to college. But when another student starts to get close to Sei as well, both of them reevaluate their relationship as friends. Sei is very cute and sweet, and I like how much his family loves him. Ai has a strange condition passed down in his family in which his sadness causes him to turn into a cat and that's made it hard for him to live a normal life and make friends at school. He's determined to change and live a normal high school life as he starts his first year, but he quickly runs into trouble and is saved by his new desk neighbor, Kurokawa. It feels like Kurokawa keeps seeing embarrassing sides of Ai, but Kurokawa is so kind, Ai badly wants to be his friend, and soon, possibly even more. A very cute comedy BL with some slight translation errors that honestly only add to the charm in my opinion. No trigger warnings.

Mamoru has had the ability to see dogs as humans since he was a child, and he decided to use that ability as a hairdresser to help every dog feel happy and comfortable. But one older customer does have a dog that's special to him, Chappy, the only dog he can hear speak. When Chappy's owner ends up in the hospital for a fall, Mamoru impulsively takes Chappy to live with him even though dogs aren't allowed, but Chappy shocks him by showing he can take a human form. So the two begin living together as Chappy starts to learn what this human life is all about. Cute and sweet, I especially love Chappy's supportive owner. No trigger warnings.

Shortly after, he's assigned to a group project with fellow student, Sasaki, and Matsumoto starts to suspect Sasaki was that cat. Turns out Sasaki just wanted a friend! And then they become more. Very cute and worth the read. Trigger warning: sleep kiss.

When Sachio goes into heat due to a drug, Ukano offers to help him get over it faster by having sex, so the two begin a physical relationship, but Sachio finds it hard to trust anything the seemingly carefree fox says, especially when Ukano might just be trying to eat him, after all. The man is a total cat lover, so he's into it and enjoys the night, but when he suggests they meet again, his new kitty friend says to come find him. No trigger warnings.

Inusaki is just a self-proclaimed detective who's really working as more of a fix-it who happens to have the ability to talk to birds. One day, he ends up talking to a cool crow he nicknames Kuro, and before he knows it, he's fallen for a crow! When the crow rejects him, his landlady' son, Mitsuru, ends up checking on him, and soon his feelings shift to the cute high schooler Mitsuru who he's sure has a girlfriend already.
