Okay so finally got my head back to write a decent review....I'll give this manga this review content spoiler and some of the insight so feel free to ignore it. . . First of all I would like to say thank you to the author to write such a masterpiece. I truly enjoyed and loved every bit. Second of all.....the name SAURA GARI depict exactly the same. Third....the story content tragic and forbidden love. Rape, strong language, trauma, triggering things. It content blood too. Now coming to the story it was tough for me to finish it at first. After 3rd chapter I couldn't just go on to read more, I needed time to make up my mind to complete it. Once after I restarted reading and I couldn't stop reading. My least favorite character was sakurako sama or should I say youya!! Godd the way I got scammed. It was hella shocking for me. Whatever he did was unforgiving and more than sin I should say. But after knowing his backstory and what is hidden deep inside his heart legit torn me apart. It was understandable somewhat (his actions and the outcome of his) when you keep a person locked and hidden from all the world. And make them change their gender without his own will. And you never called them your family even having a Direct blood relation. It was sadden. I pitied him in the end. His death was the only thing that can free him from everything. But he didn't deserved a death like that. Wish someone could have caressed his wounds and embraced him in gentleness for once. He was too small to die like that. Now coming to souma. He was one of the people pleaser person in the whole manga. He wanted everyone to accept him and for that he could do anything. I genuinely felt bad for him. He was abandoned and than accepted by his original father. Who never cared for him much. And saw his wife in him. His father simply to say sold him to his own family and friend in order for him to become the heir. Souma never had a genuine person around him. Everyone was always wanting something or other. Everyone always wanted to have his beauty. Which generally called rape. He was raped in his childhood where he so small to understand anything. Yet he couldn't go and say anything to anyone. The people disgusted him yet used him like a doll. I pity him so much. He had a rough life where he couldn't die. He went through so much yet never complained. Coming to masataka the only character who's development I personally like. He saw sauma as his idol, motivator and more like a sun.. bright. But what sauma did to him changed his thinking. If course it was acceptable to react like that. He was in denial for a long time. He couldn't accept the things that happened with him all at once nor his surroundings helped him much to cope up with it. But I like it when once he came to realise that it okay it happens and the truth of sauma and youya I love the way his character changed within the boundry. He let sauma to embrace him but he never had a romantic feelings for him. And when he said, *I'll live so sauma sama you too live now.* Had my heart break. I remember ut vividly. And when they said goodbye to each other. And when sauma said.."I will live too now that you told me. While seating under the Sakura tree made me tear up..I honestly wanted to read more chapters of it. Like what happened after that? Did sauma died? Or masataka returned. Or their love story but sadly I have to be happy with this open ending.
