surprisingly sweet character development from initial shock value of being paid to film actor and partner having BDSM sex with actor being secretly controlling/invasive/possessive though pretends to be nice but eventual grows to love cameraman and grow to be a better person and regret past actions (and cameraman gets his revenge and forgives him but in a satisfying way), then 2nd couple is partner who started off as a brat but whose character develops and is endearingly positive and his fluffy pining musical actor university junior love interest + hot + consensual sex / light BDSM

interesting plot - childhood friend turns out to be a 300 year old vampire who ran away from his family/vampire culture and accidentally bites friend making them blood donor both immortal - feels guilty about it - but friend is weirdly matter of fact/accepting of this - friend gains some powers as semi-vampire but also needs training to protect against being hunted for alluring scent/controlled by vampire clan as inferior human risk turns out vampire was attracted to and liked him and tried to stay away not to involve him but couldn't - very straightforward/moral friend accepts this and promises to stay by him as blood donor even if he doesn't return feelings (which develop laater of course) conflict / mystery from vampire's past estrangement from family as father killed his past donor, and clan members with mysterious/ulterior motives/to sabotage/kill donor to get vampire to come home - turns out subordinate vampire/donor (humans still badly treated by main family/father) instead using main donor as leverage to get vampire to come back and overthrow/kill his father and change outdated power system that subjugates human donors etc, vampire/bond compulsions/ learning to control powers / secrets - character growth, good friends, strong caring intelligent donor who stands up for himself and those he cares about / sweet sensitive vampire with angsty past who loves donor turns into danger/ violence etc as plot to overthrow father/system proceeds

Every night at 10, Dong-gyun locks himself up in his room, grabs a box of tissues, and watches a live cam boy show hosted by Alex, a BJ (broadcast jockey). (now j is the desperate one - yes role reversal) - finally admits to himself it's love, cue pining and pursuing d to win him back - eventual sweet romance, figuring out relationship, reveal more of d's life and past (betrayed by friends spreading gay rumours), d scared of coming out but overcomes it with j's support, both of them go through comiing out voluntarily/involuntarily (there's an asshole bully but most everyone else is supportive), j destroying his figurative mask, moving in together and rings, j finally hanging up his literal mask as well lots of hot smut, bits of humour that keep j from being too much of an asshole at first, drama, eventually character growth and move to a more healthy relationship and romance, good plot pacing and use of mirroring situations (start and end with literal and figurative masks, parallel traumatic pasts, d->j then j->d) also interwoven hardcore kinky bdsm side story of d's cute and confident experienced friend who wants to try subbing (sleeps around, likes younger guys but tends to date abusive assholes and has problems saying his safeword) and older dom bj who wants him as his new sub for broadcasting with (and ends up falling for him)
