Reserved and straight faced city boy X open book burly country boy. Bottom pursues, wholesome. Drawing style is different than most, but has character; beautiful scenery. Progression felt pretty slow until around chapter 35, then the story started to grow on me. Just put off a bit by the infantizing of the country boy; like damn, he's a grown man, why is he characterized as completely childish in every way. Re-encounter, popularity gap, top pursues, character growth. ML is so clearly very in love with MC and changes for the better for him. At the beginning it didn't feel like this would be a healthy relationship, but it really was. Gang boys, top pursues. Ending feels a bit rushed and seems like the story got shortened from what was intended (based off chapter estimates from the author, and it's weird there's no final author's note), but still a good story.
