This is surprisingly one of the manhwas with the most candid representation of mental illness. It is realistic that mc can't just suddenly "get better" and it's instead depicted as a struggle with many lows and loss of control. I find it relatable, especially in the later chapters (ch.33). The struggles that come with loving an ill partner were also expressed well. . When rereading after the reveal in ch.7, it becomes obvious that sooha was unstable in the chapters before. It's well done.
