highly emotional. all the depth and heart strings are rightly tucked. the tragedy behind the character shows, and i like how the past love by mafuyu was the kind of love stories we're all used to, and now in this story it shows the "after", the moving forward, and dealing with the pain from that epic love. it's a lot of depth. i love it so much…..

poignant, good development. you could see the switch in the main characters as they grow into an adult and mature, and facing themselves. amazing art, amazing scenes. best of both worlds

i actually really liked it. it is a breath of fresh air for the omega verse. the characters are stable and not erratic, the scenes are great, and i like how there is the introduction of the second examination so things can change. dynamics change, it's great! loving every bit of it so far. and in this story omegas get a chance to shine and not just be dominated, but also to dominate due to the "dominate/recessive" trait. it's all a great improv. and you know what, this manga is so descriptive, it catches on the small details that make it such a delight to read. it describes the scent that has always just been talked about in mangas. but this novel actually tried to describe in detail how it smells like so we can journey with them. it's amazing. towards the end it kinda slipped though https://yaoi.mobi/manga/heat-and-run-raw/chapter-45/

I think the first BL I’ve read with the most green flags… such a gentle and considerate lover and not romanticising brute. While the stoicness felt real and the distance, fear of being hurt again felt real, there was that missing ingredient for the love that was felt between them. It was more obvious for the uke, but for the seme much was still unknown until the very end. To that extent there was a gap of feelings. Otherwise this manga would have been impeccable. The amount of respect and green lights here is really quite impressive. Perhaps the author is trying to emphasise a character who doesn’t know how to show love. In that way it worked. But for the readers understanding it would be nice to delve into his mind, into his heart even while away from the screen
