Complete ch 6 If I hadn’t seen this exact storyline six million times I would have rated it a little higher.

Last ch 77 I need an update, immediately. He’s about to kiss her! I had a feeling since the beginning that he liked her. Even before the regression. He saw her getting her wedding dress fitted, disappeared, and had Cabel walk her down the aisle. There just wasn’t Hari there to tell him to be selfish at that time. Eugene, baby boy, kiss her! Kiss her and tell her you love her as a woman! Don’t let her think you just want warmth or use any excuse to protect herself. Make her believe it so she knows it’s okay to express her feelings for you in return! (Ch 63) That confession scene was so fucking sweet. Holy shit. Oh my goodness, it was so romantic! Eugene is such a sap when it comes to Hari. He loves her so much and it shows. Whatever that bitch is planning, won’t work. Hari has so many people by her side and it seems like Eugene has a favor from the royal family in his pocket, not to mention the crown prince and soon to be crown princess both hold Hari in a favorable light. My babies will be okay. All of them, even the boys that won’t get Hari. (Ch 72)

Last ch 94 Not bad but I’m not super in the mood for it so I will get back to it later. (Ch 3) I just binged 55 chapters of this, which is pretty much all of what has been posted. When I’m actually in the mood to read stuff like this, I eat it up. I’m a sucker for this shit. Loving someone so unconditionally is such a fantastical concept to me. Lancelot and Woori are going to be okay. Now and in the future. Even if her soul is currently being sent somewhere else. They will figure it out, they also have a dragon. The original Charlotte is incredibly pitiful to the point of being annoying. Vestia, I don’t hate him. Leonard Vestia is actually really valid. The whole thing with Charlotte’s eyes and how she just seemed lifeless before is a big reason to not like someone. Here this girl is, clinging to him and wasting her talent, skills, and family. Instead of being grateful for what she had she was focused on what she couldn’t have and it annoyed him. It annoys me too. I just think he’s petty for going that far with it but whatever. Dude is ambitious and those kinds of guys always end up like this. I’m curious to see what happens with him in the end. Along with seeing who takes the throne because, if Vestia dies then who’s going to step up? I doubt Lancelot is going to do it. Woori just wants to be with Lancelot and her people. It’s not going to be the dragon. Maybe I’m wrong but, personally, Vestia is going to become the new emperor or he’s going to die because he breaks off his deal with the demon. I don’t know what happens to contractors if the demon dies or is sent away to hell or whatever. (Ch 65) Of course, right when they figure it out, something goes wrong and now the kids are disappearing. Woori and Lancelot are so great together. Wow. I really love the two of them. (Ch 94)

Ch 40 So, is this all an extended prologue? Whatever this is, I’m frustrated. (Ch 11) Raymond is great, that man is perfect. Brutal to his enemies but oh so sweet to the ones he loves. I stand by my general sentiment about stories with long openings like this, they aren’t my thing. (Ch 18) I love Raymond, he is perfect and wonderful and he makes me so emotional. It’s becoming hard to care about anything else in this because I want Raymond to be happy more than anything else. Chloe getting Esthel back is second on the list, but even in that Raymond is there with them. The man is too powerful. (Ch 39)

Last ch 60 Raymond doesn’t love Ellie, this isn’t a ‘he loves her but doesn’t realize that it’s love’ kind of situation. If he loved her, he would have been able to look at her, he would have comforted her after her miscarriage even if he was clumsy about it, he would have explained to her that he didn’t have lingering feelings for Regina. Raymond simply has trauma about being abandoned and losing those close to him, so the Ellie that stayed by his side was ideal. That’s why he got so angry when she brought up the divorce, it’s why he locked her in her palace. I think Ellie hiding her pregnancy was a smart move. That child would have become a huge chain that Raymond would have taken advantage of. There would also be people whispering about her faking the pregnancy because an illegitimate child was brought in. Hiding it means she can leave with dignity and keep her baby safe. I wonder what color pallet the kid is going to have. I think the child will have purple eyes like Ellie, based on the focus of her eyes. Even if the child has Raymond’s hair and eye color, he is no more than a sperm donor. He has no fucking claim on that child. (Ch 22) I knew the dramatic, “I’m in love with her!” Scene was coming, but it’s not love. Ellie is important to Raymond and Raymond does care about her to a certain extent. But that man barely acted like a friend to her the entire time they were married. She did so much for him and he did fuck all. It’s not love. He can love her, and probably does, a little bit. However he didn’t love her during their marriage. Now his affections are being expressed in a very, obsessive and not super healthy way. Disregarding the will of your loved one because you need them, is not an example of a healthy expression of love. I think it was mentioned, but shouldn’t Edmund be older if he was actually Raymond’s son? I don’t care enough to read through this again to check. Raymond has no attachment to that child but the way that they are setting it up, I’m guessing he’s going to know Carlyle is his son pretty quickly. Little Carlyle with his purple eyes. (Ch 41) It’s not love. Raymond hasn’t reflected on his actions at all over the six years they were apart. He’s showing her respect now since he’s realized that he took her for granted their entire lives, the bare minimum of what he should be doing. If he wants her back so badly because he loves her so much, even if he plans on taking it slow so as to not upset her, he would be taking steps to understand her. Instead he’s feeling sorry for himself and still not communicating with her. Both of them annoy me but what annoys me the most is how Raymond’s behavior is being written off as love. If the intent was to write him as a pitiful love interest who didn’t realize he was in love the whole time then this continues to fall flat. Obsession and possessiveness can exist separate from love. (Ch 60)

Complete ch 74 I held out hope for the older brother, until Lima turned out to be pregnant. That was pretty much the sign that had me knowing for sure that he wasn’t going to end up with Evie. Well, I had my strong suspicions before all of that. Yuha is a good boy. If he wasn’t going to end up with Evie then he was for sure going to be her closest friend. He really was the only one that got to know her as a person. The older brother was super neglectful when it came to what she liked or wanted. I’m not crazy about stories like this one. Just my luck to read two stories in a row that went like this. Pregnant pining sex friend and everything. (Ch 74)
