Complete ch 9 There is NOTHING that could have prepared me for this. Even if I read the summary, there was no fucking way I would have been prepared. Everything aside, The father is so suspicious. On top of being a shitty father who didn’t care about his son’s wellbeing, he complete disregarded the whole thing about his son’s constitution. Then he’s the one that brings in Hachi, a military “dog”. Did this man allow scientific experimentation on his son? He has ties to the military and they do shady shit all the time so I sincerely wouldn’t doubt it if that was the case. I don’t know if even the artist themselves knows the answer. I do know that the father makes me super uncomfortable. He makes me feel the worse out of all the shit that happened in this, a story where the main character is repeated sexually assaulted by literal dogs. I am uncomfortable with the most blaring topic in this but the father takes the number one spot. (Ch 9)

Last ch 12 Do I understand why Igor thinks the way he does? Yes. Do I still want to slap him across the face and reprehend him for sexually assaulting Lianan? Yes. Do I think he is more stupid than cute right now? Again, yes. He could be so good. I so badly want to educate him on healthy relationships because the boy clearly has no proper experience in that field. He is an asshole but he is also a victim. Doesn’t excuse his actions but it does mean that he isn’t completely irredeemable, he just has A LOT to make up for before him and Lianan can have a nice married life. Note, looked at the comments because curious, and it’s no surprise to see that he doesn’t improve the way he totally could. I don’t like the set up, more on principle. The whole, I won’t love X this time around, thing is very iffy to me. The statement is almost always followed by them still loving the person. Love is borderline, if not entirely, irrational. Making declarations like that is pointless, it’s as pointless as it is for me to be complaining about it. (Ch 12)

Last ch 130 I hate how into this I got. I need more! I want them to destroy the count’s family. Especially the fucking son, oh my god, he managed to be worse than his father. Truly, a feat. Last side 4 The crown prince is a shitty person, but man, I love his stupid ass. Him as a character hits just right. The crown prince is a psychopath, someone with antisocial personality disorder. He doesn’t have any close relationships, he gets bored and craves stimulation, and he can’t empathize, seemingly, what so ever. Yeon Yooyoung deserves happiness. He’s just a boy who has nothing.
