Complete ch 6 + extra 7.5 I’ve been wanting more of this since it was translated. It fucks me up in the best of ways and hits too closely to home sometimes. I can’t ever forget these two. Never ever. They mean so much to me and this whole story line makes me so happy. Between representing the queer community, people with emotional trauma, trust issues for valid reasons, so many bunnies packed in where they fit, I’m in love. I’m seriously in love. The four of them have my heart and I don’t even want it back. I know they’ll treat it right. (Ch 6 + extra 3) I have reread this for the nth time and have done so with all of these extras. From such, I can conclude, I love these boys and this story so fucking much. (Extra 7.5)

This was crazy wild and crazy wonderful. The art and writing had me emotional the whole ride. People make mistakes in times where they are manipulated after years of grooming and conditioning. The trauma that Mitsuru had to endure was realistic and hits home for a lot of gay couples. Accurate representation is super important, especially for long term domestic abuse victims that are emotionally dragged and verbally degraded. It’s not easy to write and it isn’t easy to read, but it’s incredibly important. You don’t have to forgive your abuser. The people that truly love you won’t stop loving you. Abusers can feel regret, they are still human and in this case he really did love Mitsuru. Properly getting to know someone is important. Abuse of any kind is a heavy burden to carry.

Complete ch 6.5 All my uwu s are spilling I can’t express how lovely this story is. I’m crying over how wonderful and sweet it is. They Make me too happy. Too happy!!! I can’t conduct myself properly, my heart is still racing after reading all this. There is so much to admire in this single work of art. I throughly enjoyed every moment. This story balances fluff and angst wonderfully. The characters are well designed and written consistently. Misunderstandings are natural and not unreasonable like I’ve seen in some stories. From a writer’s perspective, I hold this in very high regards, the dialogue is lovely and the plot runs at a reasonable pace, everything is explained and you get properly attached to the characters. From an artist’s perspective, I gush and admire all the small and major details, clothing choices, facial expressions, room design, anatomy. From a reader’s perspective, this will be noted as one of my favorite BL mangas.

Complete ch 6.5 This has my dumb boys that misunderstand each other so badly but they are so fucking in love so it’s okay. Kou-chan will pamper his adorable Mao for the rest of their lives.
