First chapters are ok but once it starts doing fan service it immediately went down hill. The swordswomen is absolutely useless and I got no enjoyment with their interaction with the dragon, I just felt bad for her. The author is making choices that make this a slog to read instead of something I can enjoy. I had a lot of hope because I love non-human protagonists but I’m afraid I’m gonna have to drop this one.
