45 Seconds
Can't wait for more. This seems quite promising and I already love at least one of the characters. Granted, this is already finished on bomtoon and ink why it's taking so long to be translated when it's only ten chapters, but still. I can't wait to see how it all wraps up.
Crescent Moon and Doughnuts
Edit with SPOILERS: Originally, I gave this 5 stars as I was thoroughly enjoying the journey. However, that ending was super rushed and killed my dreams. We don't even get to see the couple together save for their confession. Everything wraps up so hurriedly in the final chapter and really disappointed me. That said, the first and second acts are the best, as I feel the ending was just too quick.
Lesbian-teki Kekkon Seikatsu
Kami eshi JK to OL
Edit: Originally I was all for this because it was light and gentle. Easy and funny. However, with the progression of their relationship and the adult not saying it shouldn't happen but instead wanting it to happen... Hmm, sorry but I can't condone that. Dropped.
Girl in the Birdcage
This was a trip. As an artist myself, it was really quite interesting to see I'm not the only person who's had a difficult experience in the classroom setting. Artists can be very vendictive toward each other, or caring and nurturing. It's a sad fact, but true. Still, this was able to shoe that and that love can coke from tikes when we think there's nothing redeemable left. And I liked it's length and artwork as well.
Hana to Hoshi
I would have possibly given this four stars, but simply put, the artwork wasn't always there. The eyes can get a bit buggy. Overall, the story was relatively light and easy to get through, but also left something to be seen. Something was lacking and I can't quite put my finger on it. Nonetheless, if you want a light yuri read that is done relatively quickly, go for this. Just keep in mind the artwork won't always be completely sound.
Ibara no Namida
This is a side story, but still manages to grab my attention with the mangakas stellar artwork. Hope I can create something as visually sound as this one day! As far as the story goes, it didn't quite live up to the art, but it's still worth the visual breath of fresh air in my opinion.
Kuchibiru Tameiki Sakurairo
Another collection of one-shots. Not much to really expect from most collections, but at least this one isn't half bad.
Azure Dream
I honestly think this mangakas other serial works are highly underrated. This however, didn't hit the same level for me. That said, I enjoyed the overall stories and don't mind reading this. Check out the authors other works please!
