Ao no Flag
Okayyyy This manga was a lot for me to take in. The concept of this manga wasn’t truly “Unrequited Love” but more of lack of self aware and truly intention. I think the friend group was actually lit and fun and I wish we got to see more of them together and not worry about love and relationships not soooo much. But anyways let’s get into the real shitt…. This manga was an emotional wreck for me. I feel like someone put me on a slingshot and taped my eyes open and made me flung me EVEN though they knew I was scared of heights. The characters were cool but my fave character was Touma (OF COYRSE) he was so fun and relatable and I enjoyed so much about him, I felt like I knew him throughout the story and I could somewhat relate to him. I feel like Ichinose does NOT fucking desrve him at all, he deserves me. I wish that we got to see more fucking dynamic from them, I feel like I would truly get that connection between them and not feel like I’m in complete agony. I think the author spent so much time focusing on Ichinose and Futaba that she didn’t realize that she was going off the rail and wasn’t building a main connection between our main focus (Inchinose and Touma). The manga made me sooooo lost tbh, We never got to see Itachi truly confess her feelings to Futaba even though it seemed like that was the route we would end up on. The manga has potential to go down the Lesbians and Gay couples arc but it didn’t. Instead we got a “Two Year” jump skip of Inchinose and Futaba breaking up and we didn’t even get DETAILS OF IT!!! Like what??? I think that’s what made me so frustrated, after all the tears, emotion,HEARTBREAK THAT TOUMA went through they just DO A TIME SKIP WITH NI EXPLANATION. And the main thing is the break up time skip is after Touma, Futaba, and Inchinose make a fucking stupid friendship pact. And the pact was Touma had to ignore the heartbreak he went through and continue to be friends with them…THAT SHIT PISSED ME CAUSE LIKE PAUSE!!!!!!

Heresy and his bf are eso cute!!!! This manga ate and did what IT NEEDED TO DO!!! The side couple LOWKEY..bored the f outta me maybe it’s because it lacked structure and seemed rushed a bit. The author should have like MADE THEM SEPARATE YK TO TELL THEIR STORY FULLY!! But Neways it WASNT giving at all :(((
