Esper thing, but instead of a power explode they have major aphrodisiac effect that can only be satisfied by a guide.

In this world there are espers and guides. Guides are able to give energy back to a esper after a battle. Bottom is a guide with trauma. Top is a pretty guy with no moral compass. Top is very obsessive protective over his guide.

It's sort of lining up to be romantic, but there are no guides. Just espers.
