basically there's this disease called the lovesickness thingy and arashi had it since he was a kid when he saw haname's smile (LOL WHAT A MAJOR CHILD SIMP). ever since then, arashi been taking medicine to cure it which led him to being someone who can't love LOL. but then he accidentally kisses haname, his childhood friend and finds out he also has the same love rashes. which means that haname had feelings for him. turns out haname had feelings for arashi for a very LONG LONG time and blah blah blah arashi realises he was falling in love with haname and BAM they sex and happily ever after.
