I've almost grown immune to the "rape trope" in yaoi, however, I feel like the way it was handled in this manga seemed much healthier than how it is usually portrayed.

It's well drawn but ... Yeah, it's "pure" smut - which is not really my kind of thing. ^^ Also, the use of sex toys is kind of ... not really my thing either, honestly, I really dislike it! Nonetheless, I usually like the author's work. If you're into that kind of thing, I think this will suit your tastes :'))
