Just dumb. He literally kicked her out and denied paternety for years JUST because she responded to his flirting with her positively during their RELATIONSHIP. And instead of calling him out, she sleeps with him everytime he compliments her even though he still runs off after words, threatens to take away her kids, etc etc. This is after saying in her head she wont do it. Sooo typical harlequin, except the lead has abaolutely bo excuse. Even the bs sad backstory isnt an exscuse, because ots basically the same situation he put her in.
