Great premise. Could've been developed way more strongly if only it had been longer. 8 chaps is ridiculous for character as well as relationship building (especially when it's based off a love to hate to love premise). Lacks in many ways (except art it was very satisfactory and lovely) but the a**hole employee was forgiven way too soon and the poor guy fell for his charms way too soon.
