wow.. i mean just wow. this story is beautiful. the book made me feel warm, made me cry, made me chuckle; i haven't liked a book this much in so long. it reminds me of "glen" for some reason. i was sobbing in my bed reading this. the author did so well in portraying survivors guilt and they made it feel realistic how just because everyone is trying to help you get better, you don't get better overnight. I really feel for Youngwoo alot. I can't imagine what it would feel like to lose a sibling and i probably won't for a very long time. Everything about this story felt so realistic rather than the out of touch modern stories. I sobbed reading the conversation with his brother for the last time. It made my stomach sink in and as i'm writing this, i'm tearing up. The signs Youngwoo barely took note of before his brother's death was so well done. They were so small and barely visible. While at the start i found myself thinking the main character was a bit meh for trying to help him and play hero, i came around to like the main character a lot. i appreciate there are people like him in this world. I love him for what he did and how he reassured Youngwoo and was very patient. I love his little stutter. he's SO CUTE AH ><. its so cute the way Youngwoo blushes at the main character. at some point i stopped caring about the romance tags for this story. this story was so well done that i could care less about it. my heart hurts for Youngwoo and anyone else out there who experienced something similar. Youngwoo's so strong, so very strong. this book will always have a special place in my heart.

Very short Mc works at a haunted house and the seme is a ghost who hangs around the haunted house. Mc actually sucks at his job so the ghost proposes a deal that if they date the ghost will help him with scaring people. Later the book will start to lean towards if the mc should let the ghost pass on or not now that he’s fallen for the ghost. Even though the ghost turned out to not actually be dead, just in a coma, it still hurts to think about. “Regret always lingers. There’s no way to stop it” :(

very short (5.5 ch) I was sobbing oh my fucking god Vampire x human It covers the cruelties of immortality and how you have to watch everyone grow and move on with their lives and you’re still stuck in the past The way he had to say goodbye to his family only 7 years into immortality and spent 37 with the seme :(( This would’ve been in my favorites list but it’s just too short to actually tell if it’s a favorite or if I just really liked it “Please forget me when I die” :((

A man picks up his pronounced dead boss on the street and finds the boss has lost his memory and turns into a snake. He takes care of his boss in snake and human form in hopes the boss will get his memory back. It goes way deeper than just a workplace romance, as the boss has been watching over and waiting for the mc for about a hundred years and was in love with the mc in his past life. The boss took the bad luck out of the mc's new life and burdened it, sealing himself away from the world but the mc found him as a child by accident and they were once again entangled with each other. While i don't know if i will ever finish this book, I will say, it was quite the experience to read. This book was SO CUTE at the start but after reading about the mc's past life, i was crying. Seeing the mc's lonely death wishing to see the ml one last time with his hand dropping made me sob. I think it was very mind clearing in a way to see how when the ml tried to put the mc in a fake world to protect him, he had to communicate to the ml that he wanted to feel what was real. I love how they cleared up what could've quickly become toxic. They're just so cute together. I don't think i'll be able to bring myself to finish it and i'm okay with that for right now. c: -started reading 2024/7/1

ONESHOT -Two guys who art scientists fall in love but society rejects them and they decide to do a double suicide. Anzai ends up dying while Miura wakes up. Anzai's parents and the rest of the town hate Miura for being the one to live and not Anzai. Miura remembers that Anzai told him that if one of them ever lived after the double suicide, go to the place only they know and find whats buried. Miura goes and finds a usb chip. When he plugs it into his computer, its Anzai in ai form. Its a very smart ai and its almost like its the real Anzai. Miura gets his life together and joins another research team after moving and one of the scientists there falls in love with him. Miura realizes that Anzai put a bug in his ai on purpose to make it factory restart every so often to remind Miura that the ai isnt real and that he needs to move on. Miura runs into the scientist while shopping and the scientist is shopping for research books on coding and ai. Miura asks to study it with him and he agrees. They spend lots of time together and the scientist confesses to Miura and talks as if he's never going to see Miura again. Miura reciprocates the feelings and starts crying because he doesn't want to lose anyone again. Miura goes home and turns on the computer and tells the ai Anzai he's moved on an plugs another usb into the computer where an ai Miura appears next to the ai Anzai. The ai Anzai is in shock and so happy. Miura starts to cry seeing them so happy together like how he used to be with Anzai. He turns off the computer and decides that he'll keep going and living his life for Anzai. Sweet but sad-not sad enough to cry 4.1/5
