This is shota, the uke's only 15 and the seme uses his power to rape, bully and groom him. And all the people around them seem to kinda accept it, the pedophile jokes in the background don't make it better. The interesting thing about the story is the time it's set in, the end of WWII. The seme expects to die soon which makes this more complex.
