It's just too cute, the idea of a love allergy showing in the form of heart shaped rashes on the body gives love a new trait. The story's basically about first love, just that the seme didn't notice bc of the medication. The uke's tsundere but adorable and the seme's a green flag after realising his feelings.

A college student (seme) has been taking medication against his love allergy since he was young. He frequently gets dumped by his girlfriends bc he can't feel real love. Now he's cured and stops taking the pills. But then his younger childhood friend (uke) comes over and he discovers heart shaped rashes on his body.
