It's quite good, I really like the pacing and the mixed pov. The uke isn't just weak, he actually gets angry and defends himself. Their relationship as brothers feels natural, that makes the romance more questionable. I like how they both struggle with it.

The uke still lives together with his younger stepbrother (seme) and they get along well until they discover each other's secrets - the uke's gay and the seme bi. After that, the seme starts seeing him in a different way. But the uke has a boyfriend.
