Super cute! and the translators did a great job translating the jokes and even explain any references made during the story on the last page of each chapter (with pictures and everything)! I highly recommend this if you want something fun but not too heavy.

Great manga! It has a much better flow to it than the anime did. Kinda want to punch the MC's twin in the face though. I wish people would stop using the "genderbender" tag for things that don't actually involve a person magically turning into the opposite sex, though.

As I have described in my comment on this, it is literally a genderbent fantasy au of Yandere Simulator, if Senpai was a bit more self-aware (not THAT much more though). Take from that info what you will.

This is basically a Legally Blonde reincarnation royalty medical au. and it's fricken' awesome.
