the antagonist actually wasn't a bad person, but she was abandoned, wanted love, and overreacted during the process. if the female lead had only listened to what she wanted to say properly...she might not have become the antagonist at all. but because the female lead pushed her away, the true antagonist of the story was able to reach out to her and use her for her own. the female lead had all these assumptions about her "secret plans" when in reality, she was just a girl who felt alone, and thought that copying the female lead would get her love the same way others love the female lead. she's pitiful, but not a villainess, until she was discarded.
