A unique take on the "Transmigrated/Reincarnated Villainess" trope, a girl named Emi is put into the body of the villainess Remilia from an otome game. Unknown to her, Remilia is able to see her thoughts and actions and eventually grows to love her as a sister. Not long after finding peace with her current state, Remilia is brought back into the world after the "protagonist" of the otome game turns all of her friends against her. Deciding to make "Remilia" happy, Remilia sets out on a journey to save 'Remilia's Happy Ending' all while protecting the Emi sleeping within her.
