Love it so much..seems like Nora is the ml..the prince is sus..love her children..love Shuri so much..all in all a good read Update on my thoughts : If I am being picky, and this is totally subjective btw..I don't want there to be any male lead..I know in ch90..we can see a glimpse or hope that Shuri likes Nora based on her reaction to a lady giving Nora her handkerchief and her giving it to him later which he readily accepts. The main plotline of this manhwa which I absolutely adore is the family dynamic, I see Nora as a child. Tho Shuri physical body is nineteen years old, her mental and emotional age is another topic all together so this development I don't necessarily welcome it. I mean seeing old Nora's flashback about his love and devotion to the dead Shuri is cool and all but I wish it would remain that..an unrequited love. It is much more memorable and gives more impact to the story that way. Him calling Shuri "Noona" is super cute tho. Him and Jeremy dynamic is so much like Zoro and Sanji, I live for it. The thing about Elias, I hate how Shuri and the rest of the characters approach the issue. He has an inferiority complex to his bro Jeremy and thinks himself less. With the twins connection and Jeremy and Shuri spending so much time together, ofcourse he is feeling left out. Like the way Shuri unintentionally leaves him out as well as Jeremy's attitude towards him as an older bro not understanding his feelings in the slightest made me feel a bit bitter. Like him and his gambling issue, the way Shuri like yanks him out of his bed with her preconceived ideas questioning him about the prince when he just wanted to find the place where he belonged and he was welcomed there..in the casino. His sister and little bro tattling on him to Shuri and Jeremy respectively although in the long run is good but in the present, is very bad. He must already feel alone and isolated. And the fact that his younger siblings trust a girl who is only 19 years old (as far as they are aware) sets a bad precedence..the way Jeremy was like "I'mma beat some sense into him" when Nora told him about it. Nora's involvement also makes me feel a bit icky too not gonna lie. Shuri sleepwalking problems. Gosh I can't say I hate any characters but even if I hate the characters like the Cardinal, crown prince and the guy who serves the Cardinal with no eyebrows and large eyes that never seems to blink..they are still great characters nonetheless. Shuri although she is trying her best is lacking in so many ways, being blind to Elias' plight, the whole crown prince situation and the mystery surrounding Jeremy's dad..she is not trying to face it head on. Like she just dawdling here and there and she is so fearful and shows too much emotions and is easy to read..Jeremy although being my fav sibling is still so naive and lacks communication with Elias. And Elias, whom I have the biggest soft spot for, not reaching out to his family cuz of his own insecurities and that dream or is it reality where he looked at a portrait of their whole family but...he was not in it...ouch..The twins selling their bro out and tattling although I get it they are young and they think that it is the best thing to do in that situation. Nora is a decent and overall an all rounder I guess..his family treatment of him is deplorable and when he tried to reach out, his dad admonished him and his mom was spineless and he fell in love with Shuri who reached out to him. The crown prince with all the mommy issues in the world..the fact that his late mom whom he has never seen except in portraits looks identical to Shuri..like I get it psychologically but the way he goes about it is so wrong but he is so interesting!! The priest backstory was also so interesting and provided a bit of an insight into who he is and how he functions. The late empress looking like Shuri. I have my eye on that and the way the Emperor looks at her too..hmm..the current Empress is a girlboss..Who did I miss? Oh the Duke(?)..he is so full of mysteries tho I am 93 chapters in..the reason why he chose Shuri and taught her and the way people admired him..I wanna know everything about him..

I actually wrote a review for this earlier but I mistook it with 'I raised a tyrant then ran away' so that was a bit of a pickle. Anyways, I saw the promo for this a long time back so I decided to look it up on Wattpad of all things then I managed to read a few chapters. Since I was still young and a novice to reading or this medium in general, I wasn't necessarily being picky and enjoyed and consumed everything I could find irregardless of how cliche it was. Now reading it a few years later, I feel it is not a good read at all. The MC is so annoying and now that we know the way that the servant will turn out, well that makes it worse doesn't it? Him turning obssessive is a big NO from me although it's in the title. Can't they just be in a happily ever after bliss or is that impossible? Hmm..another thing I hate is that the og ml is interested in her. For goodness sakes!!, Why does this happen over and over again? Is the og fl gonna turn out to be bad? Sheesh..and the thing about the promo I saw was that it was so pretty but obviously the artist changed cuz it cannot compare to it and is a huge step down in terms of art and the way the emotions can be seen on the face..

Not read so no comments yet. Update : I read it and so far I am enjoying it. The ML is not as bad as I feared and predicted and the MC is not as lifeless or doll like as some comments said. Her although being from the modern world has been shaped and modified by her life being abused by her dad and her surroundings. I love that she isn't attached to Reinhardt yet as far as I'm concerned. The ML is fascinating, I love how the story doesn't sweep past the fact that the ML was a pet so he doesn't have a second thought about kneeling and begging, which other people may consider as degrading and humiliating. The crown prince saying 'You are mine' to MC after the endless smiles and concerns he showered into her and seeing that not being reciprocated. His dad, the shitty emperor seemed proud of that. Oof..I hate him. Oh the two Dukes are the Mvps in my book. Them genuinely being caring of MC was so wholesome and uwu. The other duke patting her head and telling her to be careful after her outburst at the emperor since she could get herself in trouble. Him having an ugly expression when he saw her reaching for a glass of alcohol and saying 'No alcohol' eventhough she is an adult. The green haired duke was suspicious to me at first glance but he is such a kind and wholesome person. Him giving candy to young MC and telling her to wait since he was powerless ten years ago was *sobs* heartbreaking. Him calling her 'child' is like such a telltale on how he sees her.

Love how the MC doesn't put up with shit...Violence is the answer and she knows it..Took her nine lives to figure it out but hey she is a slow learner but she learns!! Hate her dad... despise her brother...how is an adopted spoiled brat worth this wonderful being that is the mc...the ml seems to be a good match...mc no longer gives second chances...you fuck up you done...the story is okay..but the frustration building up from other MCs is giving me a newfound appreciation and respect towards her...All hail this Goddess!!

Another case of an abusive family...her mom is a terrible human being...her brother is worse for just standing still and doing nothing to help her...physical abuse, mental abuse and all sorts of other abuse going on...I couldn't finish it tho as it felt a bit too much? No I've definitely read worse...but it rubs me the wrong way...so no read anymore maybe sometime in the future.. Update : So I picked it up again.. although the lore isn't that heavy or strict.. basically it has a soft magic system..but I don't mind it..it is lighthearted and pleasant to read..although my previous assumption was wrong..turns out mc doesn't have a brother, it was just my memory playing tricks on me..it was one of the wings of Josephina who later became the second wing of Leticia our MC so there's that..one thing I appreciate about this manhwa is that miscommunications and misunderstandings are solved and it doesn't rely only on those two to create tension or drama and anything like that..I like it:)

The story is honestly so dumb....the tragedy tag is their love life being so shitty...that's right...when I realised that the crown prince was the ml...I dropped it and I haven't looked back since...she was given a second chance!!!!! And yet she wasted it ..God gave her a second chance and she wasted it!!!!! Hsehdhhdgrvev...She has her past memories but I can't even continue...why did this happen? Why was this comic made?? If that happened to me(thank God it hasn't and hope it will never)if I saw his face I think no I KNOW I would lose it...I think I will be disgusted, furious and a lot more...but it won't be LOVE..I assure you...that would be the last thing in my mind...

Umm..what just happened..I'm pretty sure I spent more than an hour reading the 21 chapters over and over trying to make sense of all of the information dumping in this manhwa, but I haven't got a clue..So let me get this right, this isn't actually a reincarnation manhwa but a psychological one where the MC is under a delusion of some sorts cuz of her maid whom she supposedly killed...Is it canon that this is her 100th life? I mean in her flashback of some sorts, the way Nancy comforted her was by putting it in her mind that this was all a part of a novel, a dream and not real so I guess that explains her reckless behaviour.. Furthermore, I cannot for the life of me accept that it isn't the actual plot that's making me all confused but the shitty translation and making twists in the story just for the sake of it.. It literally makes no sense..so the ML isn't in love with her this time instead he is wary..good on him for trusting his guts cuz man that lady crazy!! The priest seems to be the one cleaning up the bodies that she mutilated, and killed with that rope..the former and latter are two different people btw. Her father seems to be in on it too.

This is superb. I like Goto, I like Kotaro, I like Asagiri, I like Kotoko. That panel where she looks at her sister and friends playing outside with envy while she's indoors surrounded by musical instruments..and in contrast she now has a full blown smile on her face as she plays it.. Gah! My heart. I like the second couple.. Though Asagiri irked me a lot at first, seeing those markings/brandings all over her body gave me such a shock. I hate perverts..sick men in power bored with life finding pleasure in tormenting others with their sick needs and fantasies. Kotoko is a strong woman, I admire her tenacity and as a woman or girl (she's only sixteen) she thinks marriage is the only way she can be of use and not be a burden to her family. Her step mother and sister are the typical evil stereotypes..it's not surprising that the step mother was the one who orchestrated the kidnapping and ordered for her to be raped so she would lose her chastity and be unfit for marriage. I liked the first chapter where Kotoko puts her sister in her place.. And when she said what do you have going for you except your appearance? Stellar!! We know Goto is a hitman but he isn't half bad, sure he lacks emotions but he's learning.. He knows how to read the mood. I like his and Kotaro's budding bromance. What more? That fat lady obsessed with love.. When I saw her ominous smile, I thought she would be a lot more evil but I'm glad it didn't take that route. Of course there is a lot of talk no jutsu going on but this is a manga so I expect that going in. This is a flashback so I'm wondering if the female lead was cured of her illness or something.. Whose POV is this? It said I fell in love with someone I shouldn't have.. So Kotoko?

Omg the girl is so dumb. Like you're 25 so aren't you supposed to be above this by now. She's so oblivious to everything. Why would you demand answers from him in the past? Like one of the comments say 'care about him in the present'...like are Koreans that dumb? If he commits suicide, then doesn't that mean something is going on in his life? Also why would he tell a stranger about the most intimate and vulnerable thoughts he has about himself? This is so crazy. Let's not talk about the bullying that's already happening. Shady teenagers scare the living daylights out of me. I'm already 20 so this seems very dumb to me. I hate how reading comprehension isn't a thing anymore...The so called theories people have of him as that little kid who sent her back in time was just ugh...it's so on the nose...They're practically telling us! And u put it as your theory..???!
