Man oh man, what a field trip this has been. It just keeps on going and going. I don't mind the incest especially considering the timeline, the fact that they are gods and I mean it is fiction. It was a common practice during that era anyway. Sodomy is also rampant in this story. I can't blame them Seth is devastatingly beautiful and his temper tantrums are very adorable. His and Osiris dynamic is so interesting and I normally ship those type of dynamics but this particular combination is very unsettling. Seth is clearly the victim and the way Osiris obsesses over our beautiful Seth is not cute, it's creepy. I can tell he means every words he says to Seth of his undying love for him. When he says that he has never spent a moment of his life where he lived for anything but him. I am certain he sees it that way. Also the victim-blaming that Isis does annoyed me. Why? But that is also an expected and natural response as well. Horus is an intriguing character, he feels responsible for his mother yet betrays her for Seth. His love towards Seth is more pure than his father's but it is very strange indeed. We can tell from his first appearance that he had a thing for Seth. Also him calling Anubis a brat who is ungrateful got a laugh out of me. That is truly something that he would say. Yes Horus, a child who has been abused physically and mentally and had to watch his mom suffer from his tyrant of a father is ungrateful. Horus calling Osiris a madman also put me in a good mood. What more? The Sun God, geez that old bitch some shady motherfucker. This manhwa makes me feel things. Also how it is not only reduced to smut scenes and have an ongoing theme and plot unraveling at the same time. UPDATE (10/3/23): I have read the 16+ version and the plot takes the center stage there so we can understand better the motivations behind some characters and what makes them tick, how they process things etc. I could never put my head around how Isis blamed Seth for that night and tried to get revenge on him but it turns out that I wasn't offered the full picture in this version. In the 16+ version, we can see her stomping her way to where Seth and Osiris are and mumbling to herself that Seth should go to his big sis first and tell her these things. That Osiris will just talk his way out and that Seth would just play right into his hands, we can also see that she still has hope and that she planned on talking to Osiris but that shattered when she saw them kissing. BUT that doesn't excuse her behaviour. Seth's the victim here and he had to do whatever he could even if that meant offering his body to his lunatic brother who was obsessed with him, as long as Anubis(his son) was safe and sound. The line "I don't need a child. I won't wish for such a thing. I won't even think of Anubis as my son anymore. So just leave him alone. Let him live a normal life" begged by Seth to his brother (who was btw Anubis bio dad) made me feel so much for him. I don't even know why the Enneads are so hard on Seth when they are all the same way. They think of humans as cattle, someone they can order around and that serves as an amusement or a sort of entertainment for them. They might act like they care about them but at the end of the line, if a situation occurred where they had to choose between humans and their needs. They would choose themselves without batting an eye. Even Isis, who is being told as a merciful God who cares deeply for humans, tried to raze Egypt to the ground if her son didn't win the trial. And apparently she flooded Egypt once before as well.

This cover is very familiar to me because it's basically everywhere and I have always put off reading it since it wasn't my taste. But I picked it up and read upto CH10 and it went exactly how I expected it to. Though the alpha being 27 years old at the start threw me off with the omega being 21..so a four year gap. Sweet Jesus. Omegas are discriminated against, they are basically treated like women. They rape them and then tell them it's their fault for dressing that way, in this case it's the scent that they give off. What I hate about this manga is that even when the Alpha console the omega, it's like 'You did well for being an omega', 'You are not built like me so you did well till now' and 'I will protect you'. Like it's their job to give them happiness or some shit. Also the janitor has to be the MVP. This is also some conservative shit that they are trying to spread, like ofcourse it's brave of the MC to give birth to the daughter of the man who raped him but the justification 'I can't hurt/blame an innocent child for this' is so ugh...like I hate people that say abortion is wrong. The thing is women are the one that will be ostracised, a teenager gets raped and decides to get an abortion for her future but she ends up being blamed. So if she gave birth, she won't be able to attend school cuz duh..and then she has to look after the child and then no-one will like her as a partner, people will point their fingers at her for being a slut while the rapist gets off scot free. I hate that so much. Anyway...the omega is very submissive, crying in every scene and the alpha comforts him every time. Every words said to him gets to him, he blames himself for everything, does not want to rely on anyone yet ends up relying on them. Also he can't hide his expression so it is obvious when he lies so why hide it in the first place? The alpha being angry pissed me off not gonna lie. His mom is a creep, the rapist a spoiled brat and the MC a spineless idiot. I hate the saviour trope in general so there's that. Also the whole alpha × omega thing is not for me, I hate the whole fate thing anyway like mates and all, with the added combo of pheromones so you can't control whom you like~ you are horny when you smell a scent~ you have a heat cycle but forget to conveniently take pills~. Ugh like there is no free will, also I hate it when they get hard over a scent. Leave it be. Like instant love is so overrated..for the whole fate/destiny thing anyway...I know love at first sight is a thing so. There's not enough substance for me to feel pity or sorry for anyone since there are only 3 chapters and it's basically torture porn.

This is just an extension of 'Placebo' (which I already wrote a review for), just with more context and more chapters. The art style isn't my cup of tea and the lil bro is just a menace to society. At first I thought that the big bro was mean to him so he did it as a way to retaliate but now not so much. He enjoys messing with his big bro especially since the latter hates him so much. I can stomach toxic semes only if they tick off my conditions - and even that is flexible, but the one thing that I can't stand is just pure torture. If there is a bit of affection to their "obsession" or harassment, I can go through with it but this is just him being a sadist and wanting to put his brother down. This is very disturbing. Eren is definitely a psycho here as well. He wanted to be pined after, needed and remembered by Levi so he accomplished just that by underhanded means. Any woman can abort their child, it's not the man carrying the baby, it's not the man's decision to decide it for her since she has to give birth, ruin her body, run the risk of death, have to care for the baby etc. This bitch Eren just imposed that on Levi, killing the man that acquired the pills for Levi. Also abortions are illegal? Fuck that! Pregnant omegas are I'm certain 99% of the times raped by horny alphas that nut on them. Also the fact that Eren said that Levi killed two of their babies when Levi said to him that he killed a person. Bitch! You raped him! Fuck u! And u trying to put the blame on the victim!
