The MC is so cute, her antics are so immature and childish that it all seems adorable. I guess it's a trope? The curse thing, mark on your face or body type of shit..I saw it on a couple of manhwas now. The ML is mild and complacent, he seems gentle and caring so hurray for that!! I am currently on Ch20

The art..Godammnn!! I feel like my eyes just got washed..so refreshing!! I love that it is uncensored too except for Ch1..the seme is typical so is the uke but still I looveee it..the smut is delicious and they are so beautiful..the first panel we saw of seme with his hair tied up was a view..let me tell u..the uke is so pretty, elegant and beautiful. I imagine him to be a dreamguy of bisexuals or gay men in general..even straight men too..he could turn them..

It's such a shame. It started off great, I loved their dynamic and interactions as well as their constant bantering and sparring. They felt like two boys who were best friends and knew eachother inside out. That was the first half. It was so refreshing to me how despite the MC being a uke held such power or authority and can refuse seme for anything and everything, how he drew the line and all. They felt equal. They were the same age and there was a power balance to it. That was before the timeskip. Our feisty and witty MC was nowhere to be found. He became so submissive and stupid. He walks around without using his brain. What was the reason he trained ten years in that ravine for? He is supposed to be as strong as seme and fight side by side but he is alloted to be a damsel in distress, letting his emotions get the better of him with the seme running things however he wants and him blindly and happily following. When they have sex, the seme like traps his hands and he can't resist..he just whimpers "St-Stop" but the seme ofcourse don't. The seme refuses to tell uke everything for uke's sake, man how I hate that type of plotline, yet fully expects the uke to tell him everything. Not to mention how he disciplines him by spanking him and calling him a "good boy", like that is so out of the blue? What is going on in the author's mind? I guess she wanted to trade a completely fresh and unique blb dynamic into an unhealthy, power-imbalance with the typical top and bottom. They are literally the same age, grew up together side by side and used to fight eachother yet now that changed..the seme and uke's personality has been changed to fit into what people likes and expects of a YAOI to be. I hate it. Not to mention this is a manhua so I should have expected it but they had Korean names so I was confused Baek is a Korean name I'm sure . I got upto ch35 but I don't want to continue

I used to love this. Gosh! This brings back old memories with my sister having just downloaded the Webtoon app and us watching it together waiting for the weekly updates..her downloading the chapters in advance so that we could watch it even if there were no internet. When we got into a fight, she refused to let me watch it and I was so angry. We used to think the world of this, having just started this medium of story. We thought the MC was badass as hell. We would pick between her past self with the white hair and that more European look to her current self with the more Asian aesthetic and we would not be able to choose after grappling with it and came to the conclusion that there was an appeal to both selves. Ahhh those were the days. It makes me feel a little sentimental thinking back on it.

Ooff..my saliva.. Update : Why did I write this review? I saw it on a YouTube shorts with a different name 'A match made in mana' but when I searched for it, it didn't come up then I scrolled through the comments and found an alternative title for it and it was on my 'want to read' list. And the review was 'Oof..my saliva'. Like that's so random. But it's a decent read, the plot obviously doesn't take precedence but the romance itself seems to be the driving force. Man talk about being obsessed at first sight. The ML's duality is not as jarring as I thought it would be. He isn't a yandere imo, just a guy who is insecure with a lot of trauma. Him being treated like dirt by his father made me a bit sad. And btw this manhwa is incredibly fast-paced, like seriously the brother and MC's relationship changed *snaps* just like that. The way the MC talks is also so out of the place for me but it isn't addressed in the manhwa so. It's a nice read.

The title is essentially the plot. How expected of a Japanese shoujo manga to have an overbearing and borderline yandere ML and a pushover and gullible MC. Although I prepared myself going into it, it irked me so much how the ML just decides everything and expects the MC to follow his wishes/demands. The first time they meet (again?). He just straights up kisses her, strips her, fingers her and fondles her breasts. That's not the worst part, the MC just goes along with it. Another thing is when she refuses to have sex with him and he is denied, he walks out all sappy like and the MC feels guilty and tries to apologize to him. That hurts me as a woman. Them having sex for hours even when MC told him to stop and he straight up replies 'I don't care'. Him seeing her make contact with the knight and him subtly slut shaming her while touching her saying 'It's bad when I do it? But Ok for him?' Like Sir that's sexual assault. Also in the sixth chapter, the og fl has a group of guys drug MC with aphrodisiac and had them strip her naked. That guy tried to rape her, ofcourse the ML shows up in the nick of time BUT I hate this. I hate that this kind of woman exist in this world who would have someone rape a fellow woman cuz of jealousy and possessiveness. The hypnotism power that og fl seems to have by making people look into her eyes does not ~surprisingly~ work on him. I wonder whyyy..

The art style feels icky..the expressions and gestures feel muddled. The plot itself isn't engaging nor are the characters and relationships in this story. The Emperor's change of mind was a bit too sudden, I would have preferred it to be more gradual and more realistic so it feels genuine and not something done just for decoration. The MC's solution to her current predictable is taken straight out of the most common used logic possible in this genre and medium. The character I hate the most rn is the Emperor without a doubt. Why would u blame your daughter for the death of her mother? Why her, why not Theo who was practically the reason she died (FYI she died in childbirth), not saying that is better but it makes more sense? Why are u still doing things that hinder your daughter even when u feel guilty? Why are u so dumb!? Seriously u increased the security on the prince and princess because of an assassination attempt but don't do a background check? Why is that random lady trustworthy enough to make a cure for poison or truth serum when she is clouded in mystery? I heard that a fault all emperors share is paranoia yet he's so trusting!!!?? Huh?? I share the same complaints even now but it seems I was too haste in my judgment before. One of my friend Otiben recommended me this and I actually really like it now.

I looove looove looove this!!! The MCs are so nice and heartwarming and wholesome and such good people. The way Yuzu is so patient with our ML and dotes on him and cares for him, consoling him..ahh I want her as my wife. Also our ML is nothing to scoff at either although he considers himself a pessimist, he is such a positive person who considers the bright side to everything. He considered suicide as a means to escape because he was essentially disowned by his rich ass family and sent to live in a deserted house where his grandpa spent his later years and died, in a distant and rural village. His wife is truly his saving grace. He is so funny, I love how he accepts Yuzu's goodwill and kindness, compliments her cooking and his blushing..so adorable!! His tsundere sister I grew to love only after a few pages with her..I love the twist that she admires her brother and doesn't see him as a disgrace despite his disability. Also the friend of Yuzu who got pregnant..at first I was a bit skeptical and wary since teenage pregnancy causes a lot more damage in a society to the young girl than the boy so I thought that was irresponsible but now I am starting to get it. Above all our dear sweet MC reminds me so much of my best friend Mari ️

A spin-off to my favourite manga of all time!!(in slice of life). It seems to be cooking related. I read upto ch15 currently and some parts of the og manga was cut out and the cooking process is so detailed and precise and ot centers around that.

Please no..the oneshot looked promising but what a letdown. The artstyle is one thing but there are some scenes missing and the way it's cut, we can only see half of some scenes. The plot is plain and boring. The characters are a bore to read. the MC is brain-dead just standing in a corner narrating the whole plot for everyone to hear. Her logic is so simple..to stop the og fl and ml from meeting thereby preventing her death. If only it were that easy. Her younger (future NB: I have no idea what I meant to say, maybe sibling?) seems to have a head on her head, the only person to actually think and say what they are feeling out loud. The ML lost his mom and his relationship with his dad is strained, the Emperor seems to make an effort but it seems the ML is not fazed.
