I liked it more than I thought I would..so mysterious..I actually read this before, maybe upto chapter 2 then I dropped it cuz it was plain and nothing was out of the ordinary. I still feel the same way but I like it. It's decent, the way she thinks although she isn't a genius, she utilises the knowledge she has unabashedly. She straight up copies the og ML's strategy with him being a genius in marketing, but cuz she is one step ahead he is the one that seems to be a copycat and is even suspected to be a stalker. The deal with the cat, the information guild's master using a cat as a medium and deciding to sit on our MC's lap and purr two times, is it acknowledgement? Cuz he a demon or the devil? A new plotline right there..I hope it doesn't get dropped. Currently in ch32

What a typical shoujo revenge story. The story itself is like a staight up copy of other manhwas that includes time travel into the past or reincarnation, it was like exactly copy pasted straight from other manhwas. The half-sister is a realist, the fact that she admits that that trashy man only likes her now but as time passes he will miss the MC who had been by his side for 14 years, so inorder not to disrupt her future, she killed her little sis. Out of the multiple problems I have with this manhwa, the worst is probably the quick change in emotions like when she first saw Isabella, she was shaking and was afraid cuz she is face to face with her killer yet she's smirking and planning her revenge the next scene. When she saw the crown prince, she felt guilty and ashamed yet she convinces herself that it's all good cuz they are in the past and she hasn't killed him yet so she suddenly becomes easygoing and cracks jokes, like girly that's not how human psychology works? If it were that easy, would u have been so obssessive over that trashy man for 14 whole years..it's just plot convenience. I thought at least the art would be good cuz that's the only praise the commenters gave but it's lacking.. everything is so stale and it feels like a Chinese manhua rather than a Korean manhwa and that says a lot

The art style reminds me of 'Trash of the Count's family' albeit a bit smoother. The diction also isn't the best, tho I can understand what they are saying, some words are missing and the panels can be messy sometimes. I hope our MC doesn't fall in love with ML first cuz we can already tell they have history. So I am praying we can see girlboss moments but romance, that can be in the background but not in my face. The dynamic with MC and his younger brother is superior, The way Raymond cares for her being compared to that of a Godfather..the accuracy!! All in all, good read..

It's under the same name in Webtoon but a chapter short of this one..so season 1 is completed and the second season won't start till next year..that's a shame. After bingeing it, I loved it but if I were to read it week to week, I might think differently. The MC got on my nerves at first NGL. Also his character development was so fast and sudden and felt so out of place that I had to make an active effort to continue reading this. The characters are stereotypical but that's not a complaint. I'm not mad about the romance aspect for once, that's rare. My fav character at this moment would be Professor Ji, love that man. The villain's tbh don't scare me in the slightest, it maybe also be due to the setting but when the villain's appear I'm just like :| The plot isn't the most complex and frankly the title seemed wacky as heck but I'm glad I decided to give it a try cuz it was a good read.

I used to love this. Gosh! This brings back old memories with my sister having just downloaded the Webtoon app and us watching it together waiting for the weekly updates..her downloading the chapters in advance so that we could watch it even if there were no internet. When we got into a fight, she refused to let me watch it and I was so angry. We used to think the world of this, having just started this medium of story. We thought the MC was badass as hell. We would pick between her past self with the white hair and that more European look to her current self with the more Asian aesthetic and we would not be able to choose after grappling with it and came to the conclusion that there was an appeal to both selves. Ahhh those were the days. It makes me feel a little sentimental thinking back on it.

I have not seen a shoujo manga in a while but suffice to say that I did not miss it. Looking back on it, it is riddled with cliches and tropes down to the very lines uttered by characters to future events. The ex or potential love interest is introduced, we find out about the ml's or MC's past that put some tension on the story or between characters for a short period. We also have the typical childhood best friend with the unrequited love. A classy lady who is the standard of beauty and grace who makes the MC insecure and yada yada. Oda Nobanga (future me; it's actually Nobunaga)was it? The name Oda rings a bell to me because of my love and adoration for the manga 'One Piece' so that piqued my interest as well. Overall it is a light read with flowers in the background with corny lines and the wind effect on their hair when they say an important line that touch the heart of the person they are taking to. We also have the infamous lower lip visibility with the upper lip nowhere in sight. I hate that man.

Currently at Ch10, it is a simple story with clear cut storyline with the good guys and the bad guys. Tho the MC is technically an adult, she seems like a child I guess cuz she doesn't have any friends and an abusive aunt with a manipulative "friend" (the second prince) who bit her, he a snake literally and figuratively. The MC is a squirrel in a family of lions..don't know know that happened but they mentioned she is a half-human so that seems to relate to something. It is a story that is derived by misunderstandings left and right and is used as a narrative to further the plot.
