The Fangs That Pierce the Heart
I would rate this a 2.5 if I could. I know that the MC is a demon but I had a shocked Pikachu face when he acted like one. I wish he didn't kill Campbell, I was very fond of him. I keep forgetting the body he possess is a girl as well. The translation can be better but it's still understandable. Edwin is such an annoying brat and he's only the son of a Baron. The pedophile fat Priest made me uncomfortable everytime he was on screen and the fact that even while knowing his true nature, he still gets protected.. Ugh ew.. The corruption in the Church. I know it's a real thing as well especially towards boys so it was too real for me. Wait.. Does that mean the MC killed all the commoners, the Baron, the knight, Edwin, the Baroness, Campbell and all the servants and maids? Wow talk about being ruthless.. The maids looked out for him so much too. That's actually so unfortunate. Currently at Ch20.
Beneath the Surviving Princess Joyful Facade
This is saurr good. I love how the MC can stay so strong in such an impossibly hard situation. One thing I'll commend this on is the realistic way that the princess is strong, it's not in the realm of absurdity but in the way her situation allows her to. She practices the things she hears people say when she's sure everyone is asleep.. She can't speak clearly and has trouble constructing sentences. She doesn't have any manners since she wasn't taught, her hands shake when trying to use cutlaries to eat her food since she uses her bare hands. She tiptoes around everyone. She doesn't have common sense and doesn't get embarrassed when she's naked or talking about consummating their marriage. The tyrant is also an interesting case, it seems the incident a few or so years ago made him the way he is. Of course the incident is shrouded in mystery and only the king and the princess and that one guy knows about it. The ML is a green forest. I love how he doesn't take out his anger on the princess and how responsible he is, how patient he is and the way he is so gentle towards her. He also told his mother right away when he found out about his father cheating on her. About the couple, the father is a brute who has no political sense and neglects his duties so the ML has to shoulder everything himself. Not to mention how he cheats on his wife and made his knight(?) take in his mistress as his second wife so he can meet her regularly. Their marriage had always been purely business but after the ML's younger sister died, they became estranged. About the younger sister Rosie, it seems she's the reason why the Mother is so taken with the princess. She's seeing Rosie in the princess since they have the same coloured eyes and since Rosie died as a child, the princess' behavior mirrors that so she feels protective over her. I hate the two maids to the core, can't they die already?
In The Deep
This is so strange. First of all, I don't like the uke. From how he is drawn with such a small build, those big puffy red lips that take up half his face, to his personality depending entirely on his younger brother, and not to mention how needy he is. He has no redeemable quality about him. So annoying.. His younger brother is the typical seme. The plot with the monsters and the deal with the uke's fangs were kinda interesting but I can't deal with this. I think I read Ch1, 2, 9, 10, 11 and 14. I can't watch anymore byee
I Was the Real Owner of Elheim
This is actually really cute. So many things happening all at once but it's not overwhelming.. At least for me. I like the MC's attitude and I like how instantly the ML is taken with her. I love how straightforward this is, it gets to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. So many things happening already at just twenty chapters. It's interesting the way Rian view his twin Riarte. I do think the way the Duke blames only Riarte is irrational and not nuanced enough, since they are twins. Like why blame only one of them if you are so keen on blaming someone in the first place? Just because she wasn't awakened. The thing with her being the reincarnator of the first head was unexpected. The way the Spirit King kept on calling Rian a fake was amusing but it somehow didn't sit well with me. The way the three elder brothers are so useless is comical, they don't even consider Riarte as a family except for that third brother who is a pussy btw.. I don't know if it's because of the translation but Riarte said that he was born in the same year as her.. That confuses me.. Like was he born in like Jan or Feb and the twins on October or Nov? The way the second bitch of a brother just told Rian to break her ankles so she couldn't leave even after she came of age made me do a double take. Ugh.. I seriously can't stand them. The first brother talking about how even if the Rian wasn't the one to be contracted to the Spirit king, the Duke position was still his since he had no desire for it. Like get real.. Also the way Rian treats the third brother made me hum in approval. That man deserves no respect. Why is the crown prince so threatened by the Birche family to go through the lengths of placing a curse on the ML? Also regarding the corrupted Spirit king, the spirit king that the MC is contracted to was the one who split them into half so he couldn't leave the place to follow her as the seal would be undone.. That was also surprising. Is it because he's corrupted that the dust thingy from it is harmful to humans? Making them faint and what not..
Exclusive maid of the evil empress
I actually really like this. It's not the best but it's nice to read. I like the MC so that's a bonus for me. I like how she is so patient with the Empress and puts her duty above everything else. I also like how she argues with people using cold hard facts, maybe it has to do with how she was raised in Dumanis. I also like her dynamic with the crown prince strangely enough, it's way too fast but it doesn't grate on my nerves. The Duchess and the former Empress sisterhood was also very interesting to see, I like that the Duchess cares more about her than her brother, cuz it would be hard to be close to someone who is the heir. I don't like her logic that the crown prince should have been aborted but I get where she's coming from. Especially when she shut the Emperor up when she asked him if it were the current Empress would he have made the same decision? Also love the crown princess and how she treasures the MC, it's a complicated situation for sure but the fact that for knights their duty is their life so it makes sense. What doesn't make any sense is the way I worded it haha... The spirit princess was super cute as well. She is an ice breaker for sure. I wish we saw the Empress' children much earlier but I'm glad we can see them now. I felt so proud when the empress said she wanted to get a divorce and stood her ground. The way the Emperor just kept on telling her to endure and not overreact made me want to rip all my hair out. Endure, tolerate it, be the bigger person yada yada. I wonder if the Viscount/count will get together with the Empress.. Although he is sketchy and collaborated with the Duchess, his priority is still her so..
The Closet Fan Princess
It's alright. Just not my type. I like Kylo, his character design and his personality but that's where my compliments end. The art style is so typical, and this girl reminds me of like three other MCs from similar stories like this. Why is her hair so long and her dress so flashy? I do like the competition between the black and the white knights but show the other knights as well, will you? There are two others, one with the mage and one with a bunch of talented people. Spencer doesn't seem to like anyone romantically, not Hazel nor the saint.. I hate that the player dude is starting to like the MC. The plotline where the former Duke and late Empress were each other's first love was intriguing.. I love how much the Emperor spoils the MC because of how much she resembles her mom and Spencer's mom suffering because his dad couldn't let go of his first love and married her only because she looked like his first love. I know this whole thing is about otaku culture and seeing her bias but this is just too much. I don't like how she acts around him and of course he misunderstands her since all she does is get lost in her daydream and she just acts without thinking. This fangirl doesn't live in reality. And the whole seeing herself in Kylo therefore her obsession is so tired.. Leave it be!
My Father Is the Enemy of My Past Life?
I hate the art style. I hate the MC immature ass, the plot is not plotting. The artist doesn't know how to draw a child at all. Because what is this disgusting shit!? The Royal family, the Halyas etc everything bores me.. I wanna see a flashback of the Duke and the MC's parents.. That would be cool. Especially because of the story that the Nanny told to the MC. The one shot for this was spectacular but of course we get this dogshit instead. Life is hard. The story isn't decent either so it's not too much of a shame but nevertheless. I can't believe my sister recommended this to me of all things. At Ch20.
The Civil Servant Hunter’s S-Class Resignation Log
I don't like this. I don't like the MC. The L class duo are a bit more tolerable but I still don't like them. They have no personality. I hate the art style. Like why is the MC falling so gracefully everytime.. The anime legs and the S line.. Ugh.. Can this get more annoying? Fucking hell.. The big bro, the president, the team leader, the L class duo.. This bitch has everything yet is still complaining. The gag about her resignation.. Leave it be. You're beating a dead horse.. Stop it. Get some self awareness.. And to add to that, the one and only administrator of this world is so over protective towards you and is your contractor? This bitch was born under a lucky star. The thing with her parents isn't even that unfortunate, that's the reason you give to your character for hiding their identity? That has to be the laziest writing ever. This bitch is so goddamn slow it's not humanly possible! Ch41.
Empress Hunt
This is cute. I don't think it's confusing unlike some people. I like Casar's devotion to Seul and although Seul herself didn't stand out to me, I like their chemistry. I wish the General's illegitimate son played a bigger role in all this but I digress. The new captain turning out to be a girl was surprising. At least she found the light at last, she was annoying for no reason. The way Seul was so impulsive also irritated me. But I guess all in all Marin is the most intriguing character. I love how her husband loved her unconditionally and had such a sense of justice. I like his sociopath sister as well. When they curse, the way they mute out d*** is so hilarious for no reason.. It isn't even right! The two children were a tragedy.. Their whole clan is a piece of trash.. But that also is part of their culture, their tradition, their code.. They are warriors after all. The most interesting thing would be the Empress and Marin for me.. They were so fascinating. The way the Empress reached out to her and said "My Marin, don't cry" touched me!! Like that feels the most raw and authentic.
