Sensei de, sekkusu no renshū shite ī?

Ongoing | Asou mika | 2019 released

The uke is ruffling my feathers..like the plot is stupidly fast paced as it is but the uke is..WOW..I thought he would be in his 20s at least but he is in his 30s getting jealous over a high school girl..that's so lame..the age gap does bother me after all..it's also the fact that he acts like a victim in the midst of it all..how does someone fall for a kid? Also his sudden burst of emotions..him fainting in the classroom cuz of him overworking and not getting enough sleep over a kid..seriously? Him overhearing the seme's conversation with his gf about his feelings for her or lack thereof and here he is being conflicted over the guy in question..he is your friend's nephew...his uncle is your first love..he bears great resemblance to him I know..but it is clear as day that this guy who is supposed to be an adult is acting like a damn child!! The seme is childish and falls into the 'good at everything+ popular ikemen' trope but he gets a pass cuz his childhood is honestly not the best with him not having a mother so he could not have breakfast and eats readymade foods..his father is clearly busy with his work so he doesn't have time for him. His age is also a justification for his asshole attitude at times. Like he is acting like a kid..and that's OK cuz he is a kid..but how do u expect him to be mature and all..I have some problem with him being the seme..He clearly doesn't respect uke either so the whole power balance thing is out the window..anyways two stars

Ani no Senaka

Complete | Sagami Waka | 2000 released

Our dear MC is in love with his late sister's husband. He fell in love the moment he met him when his sister introduced him and he has been in love ever since. They worked in the same place and were newlyweds, half a year into their marriage, the healthy wife suddenly fell sick and passed away. Since then, our MC has lived together with his brother-in-law, it has been three years if I'm not mistaken. His older sister was more like a second mother to him than a sister and he owes a lot to her so he is swarmed by feelings of guilt towards his second mom. However, he wants to touch his Aniki, feel his warmth and feels happy to be near him. Convinced that he will never be free from this feeling, he planned on moving to Osaka after he graduates and stay as faraway from his Aniki as possible. His Aniki doesn't like that and wants him to stay with him. He has come to depend on him, since MC cooks for him, sets the table, packs his lunch and basically acts like a wife. He brags about his cute brother to his co-workers, a reason he is not popular as said by his female workers, and is proud of him. Okayyyy..I finished it and have come to the conclusion that Shindou is the MVP. He needs more screentime. I love how he helped Yuki and his Aniki maneuver through their rocky relationship. Also before I read the first chapter, that panel of Shindou complaining about how people often mistakes him as a homo while saying "Yuki is beautiful. He has smooth and soft skin, he is good at cooking and has a cute face when he is troubled" in the same breath is peak comedy. Also, I was shocked finding out that he actually had a girlfriend. The seme telling him that he should spend his free days with his gf instead of Yuki and him replying with "I do as I please". He is such a role model..Pfft
