Love mc..she holds grudges and thinks before she speaks or does something yet is not too robotic..she can be quite emotional as well..I feel for her and some of her family members A quick update...I hate her elder brother the one with the blue hair, gosh he aggravates me..like I know a person like him in the real world..who shuts u down, puts u down, makes excuses, doesn't hear u out, doesn't apologise when proven wrong and all that jazz..I am starting to like the crown prince so much..his dynamic with our MC is so fun to watch and cracks me up..when he told his childhood story but our MC is a bit apathetic to it..he's like ' Why aren't u crying? Every soldier I have told this story to have shed a tear' with that shocked look on his face...PRICELESS!! Also..our MC reason for why she likes him, when being asked persistently by him after her blurting it out when they met cuz he was about to kill her, was his golden hair shining brilliantly under the light of the chandelier reminded her of gold. That was such a genius move..goddamn..his face tho..I actually read it again on 1st kiss website so I could read the comments in that episode..needless to say they were as impressed and found it as hilarious as me:)

I'll Become a Villainess That Will Go Down in History ― The More of a Villainess I Become, the More the Prince will Dote on Me

Ongoing | Okido Izumi,Hoshi Akari, Hayase Jyun | 2000 released

I liked it when I read it. I remember being satisfied by the simple plot. The MC is very cute. It's very shoujo, the rules that this world is bound by is also very shoujo-esque. Her logic is so childlike but I don't hate it. Maybe it's cuz of the way the world is set up, usually I hate MCs who are blindly optimistic and simple-minded but that's cuz the world they are in are much more grim and other characters are facing the consequences for their stupid decisions.

Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku

Ongoing | Shiki,Hasumi Natsume | 2000 released

An otome game that's hardly any different from the rest..yet so different. Maybe that has to do with the fact that the story is told from the genius ML's POV so the tone is pretty much cut throat and refreshing. It takes away some elements that honestly tires me out like the banter among noble ladies, petty schemes and boy drama. There are hints of it but we are following the narration of the ML so it is rare. How he dissects things and the counter measures he comes up with are fun to read almost as if it's common sense. His love for MC was more tame than I thought but I like it. The last chapters with their two children (a boy & a girl) one a siscon who is similar to his dad in demeanor and the girl a carbon copy of her mother except she has heterochromia. The little bro of fl was cute.

The Maid Wants to Quit Within the Reverse Harem Game

Ongoing | | 2019 released

The MC reminds me of Irene from the K-pop girl group 'Red Velvet', how her face is so still and emotionless, her face barely changes and it feels so off-putting somehow. The story itself is a reverse harem, an otome dating game played by the MC before she transmigrated to it. She has lived 7 times in total with this being her seventh life. The og fl Louise is a sweet girl who is naive, clumsy and caring you know the usual tho it is hinted that there is something more to her. The targets are the three brothers, out of which I think the eldest is the most likely ML tho I like the MC's relationship with the other two more. She is very close and shares history with the second brother, yet she dotes on and cares for the youngest like a mother. She has a soft spot for him, I can tell. I like that the second brother and youngest came around to Louise tho they didn't have the best first impression. The eldest is a bit hardheaded. And is there a secret male lead? It kinda was foreshadowed in the earlier chapters and the young MC (past) was helped by him which made her approach the second male lead and formed their conection. I feel like it's one of the two eldest. The story itself is not interesting, the falling trope, the fainting trope etc is overdone in the shoujo sphere. I mean she did look after them for 10 years so their attachment to her is valid, just why now? Was she not as close to them in her previous lives? The art is so very lackluster. The characters feel like statues, maybe it's the colour scheme that bothers me or the angles, their faces do not have any expressions atleast one that is believable. After willing myself to read 17 chapters, I can safely say that I will be dropping this since I gave it a chance and it failed me.
