All while portraying rape as a start of the relationship... _______ The relationships, situations, and characters are so very messy and truly make the story what it is. I don't know who the bigger mess is between Utsumi and Akamine, they've both hurt each other greatly, yet they seek comfort in one another, thus a wild ride of betrayals and atonements attempt occurs in order to right the mistakes of the past. It's a great work, but it's really missing something to make it stand out for me. Because the past is so critical to the rest of the story, our characters are stuck dwelling on what happened back then. To learn about the past, we have constant flashbacks to past events to add additional context which slightly disrupts the pacing. These guys just have so much emotional baggage to sort through and it's just... unfortunate that they couldn't resolve it sooner. I think the darker aspects are lighter than I would like for a story with this premise, that certainly isn't the main focus. As stated earlier, this is a story of betrayals and past mistakes.

I thought I knew what I was getting myself into from the title... but what I actually got was... Damn ! Why is this ending so satisfying thou? Certainly the darkest shit i've read in a while and luckily there's no mention of romance. Art, length, pacing, narration everything is working out so well expect for the characters - the two main in the cover and 3 supporting/ secondary - who needed depth especially the Yong Inyeop guy, he is Boring & Bland, yet I still want him dead.

Sometimes the title said it all, and this was just porn with a semblance of a romance plot . If I was in a serious mode this read would have been horrific with the not so important element
