This is such a sweet, exciting, heartbreaking and wonderful story. Well thought out plot, good pacing and so many great likeable characters, interesting from start to finish. I laughed, cried and was excited about what was going to happen, couldn't feel the angst yet it didn't spoil the experience. What stood out the most was the leak of toxicity, abuse and non Con in the relationship the Gong, Yan HeQing aka the south prince who's supposed to take revenge on MC, Xiao YuAn is against all odds a real good love interest. The story follow a pattern that had already been used before without the fantasy and cultivation part, What a plot twist!? Making the Shou reincarnated in the body of the west prince who looks and is named the same as him in real world. Another twist? ? ? No way! ! ! He transmigrated back to his original world with everyone else around him, at least now I can't forget about the heir issue ...Fuck I've been betrayed they got back to the emperial palace and miss on work That was the most anticlimactic ending that I had ever read,

★★★★ That's new ! A story that focus exclusively on art & not the romantic drama ? I like that ! I actually loved this story ! _______ All and all the narrative is a mixture of a slow progressive romance for the portrayed time period, and a commentary on the acceptance of social development & woman, with a cohesive plot & characters development. This is one of the good stories, where ML is a total supportive green flag and FL have a positive character arc.

I'm at ch 61, it's interesting no love or romance. FL is too focused on avoiding the tragedy that happens in the original.

A reason to read it : FL first brother wired obsession with her. Toxicity in fiction is so thrilling, can't not love it. FL is confronting the girl who's into her husband

Misleading title ; not what I was expecting to find, the store is told from Seo Hyunsoo prospective who's an unreliable narrator Fuck it's not complete why did I do this to myself!?!? _______ S1 was a long funny set up to what's coming, a misunderstanding trope romance with a sprinkle or revelry between coworkers. S2 the tone changed twice and it wasn't as funny anymore and the misunderstanding got partly resolved Ch60 why!?!? Just why are you talking about your private relationship in the the office rest room!? _______ I feel you, the mélancolie of not being enough, not doing enough, yet not knowing what to do Baek Youngchan is by far my favorite character, he's so nuanced and have nothing to do with stereotype characteristics. Kim Yeonji on the other hand wasn't that good of a character “ I'm embarrassed because I feel like his lips will be able to tell that my pulse is racing ”

One of the best reincarnation I've read ! It's heavy focus on the the story telling and development, romance is secondary and don't really matter at the beginning. FL is a strong independent hard working characters
