Don't know what to think out of it, the ending is happy get lucky despite the anxiety I felt through my first read of the first chapter.

Darn! That was pretty good Everything worked out well in harmonious hate / love it way A consistently trash yet reliable ML, a not that stupid FL and useful secondary characters. For a harlequin the format of this story feels different, I like the elements of it even though it felt awkward at times of flirting and intensity between mains lovers, more like forced. The consistency and logic are a bit liking but .... Second Read: Work ethic Worth nothing for thes sisters, and as much as the world would excuse the sister for being emotional and unstable. What's FL excuse for going on with her sister first plan? Not only that but also volunteering to braking and snooping in one of the hotels clients!? That's previous shenanigans is what ruin the established misunderstanding, like seriously girl! How dare you judge the guy for doing something unethical –based on what she think she knows about him– while doing the same!? ML isn't great either, first time meeting FL and already showing a biased prejudice against her again based on a what he thinks he knows about her situation. Aside from that, the dynamic is supposed to workout, but for some reason it doesn't do it that well The source of the problems between FL and ML other then his personality are coming from FL sister and her husband ML friend aka the men child that couldn't stand his wife having other things that aren't him to think about. ML doesn't make sense, a compilation of mashed up contradictions, he is antagonistic twords FL most of the time a lil bit flirty and suddenly with no prior warning. He. trusts. her and just know that she's a good person not as he used to this she was. The bitch dare to say he fall in love with her at First sight! By the time they end up together and do have an honest conversation my anger vanish and I kinda be happy for them. Peter the hotel chef is the Best characters.

So this one seems to be the love story of Guy, Jenny Crightons business partner at the antic store with Chrissie a relative of the town trouble maker . It's was cute till the misunderstanding happened, ML try to gat close to FL but she's wary of him yet they're both attracted to each other, they work through their issues and get together but bum the same misunderstanding happened again and it sort of work except for the past were he finds her like isn't she back to America?! Bitch accepting his confession is so out of character but at least there's no marriage at the end. I knew it family drama is definitely the best part is that FL is G4 offspring of the illegitimate child of 2nd G. Buy it kinda of don't make a lot of sense within the family lore. Josiah left the family to take responsibility of his pregnant first wife then got the nany pregnant, made he marry another servent and then got married again!?

It was good til it wasn't... a light hearted story with funny moments that was cut with some unconsistent scenes to finally be ruined by stupidity and stubbornness, yet end up being cute at the end. The romance is okay... maybe... not sure anymore, since misunderstanding seems to = romantic development, which I liked because of the comedic aspect and the goofiness. At least till the braking up point. The overall makes sense and is logical but was a bit too over the top, by prioritizing harmful rumors over physical wellbeing as the relationship cataclysm. Like Seriously! We're just going to ignore that the tutor was wipped! And his back is dripping with blood In every penal, it's like pain isn't affection him at all unless it's need at certain moments. Now characters wise, The Duke is the one with the best character Arc in this story, he went from cold stone to misbehaving golden retriever puppy. Best dynamic goes to the Ex and friend of the tutor.

It's a first love type of story, where top fall first for the bottom in high school but didn't gaot to confess and now they meet again as adults and he still can't do it because of misunderstanding So FREAKING CUTE!!

Misleading title ; not what I was expecting to find, the store is told from Seo Hyunsoo prospective who's an unreliable narrator Fuck it's not complete why did I do this to myself!?!? _______ S1 was a long funny set up to what's coming, a misunderstanding trope romance with a sprinkle or revelry between coworkers. S2 the tone changed twice and it wasn't as funny anymore and the misunderstanding got partly resolved Ch60 why!?!? Just why are you talking about your private relationship in the the office rest room!? _______ I feel you, the mélancolie of not being enough, not doing enough, yet not knowing what to do Baek Youngchan is by far my favorite character, he's so nuanced and have nothing to do with stereotype characteristics. Kim Yeonji on the other hand wasn't that good of a character “ I'm embarrassed because I feel like his lips will be able to tell that my pulse is racing ”
