Disguised As A Male Secretary
Doesn't make sense at a lot of times. Firstly, FL pout a full stop of 6 months of her life to roll play her brother, as if she have no other prior engagement to her job or research and how come she's able to do secretary work with no previous training? Secondly, logic and foreshadowing don't match what is happening, it's like something we're not seeing is happening but nothing is actually going on !? She replaced her brother so he doesn't lose the job but end up resigning afterwards!? For characters there isn't much, FL is the most interesting for now with her still being hunted by her parents favoritism even after their death and now even with her love life. She becomes freaking inconsistent and I hate that. Romance in it self seems alright it do fallow it classic pattern but I'm not interested in it, everything that is supposed to bring them close and to spend more time together is annoying me. I can't believe he realizes she is him !!! Chapter 60, now the story is really interesting FL become a substitute for herself but ML find out that her brother is the guy he can't let go of. Everything else fallow quickly and they are together so cute
National School Prince Is A Girl
I Married the Boss
To insta love for me unfortunately. FL want to fall in love with her boss whom she never saw, since her sickly mother implanted the idea that she have to marry a rich reliable men, but she's into the company mail boy who's nice to her. Who's actually the boss undercover. It's okay for a romance but it could have been handled better maybe it's the adaptation that didn't allow for more backstory That first kiss was so inappropriate and SO out of the blue that I didn't know what to think of it !? But the two that fallowed were the same, there was no flirting or seduction going on. This ML is really nice not trashy like the usual other he deserves better of a story.
STAND-IN BRIDE'S SEDUCTION
Ohh almost forbidden romance falling for your sister fiancee x falling for your fiancee sister Having the two pages side by side make the reading annoying
If You Want a Fake Sister
So Story is... pissing me off. Characters... are also pissing me off, which is crazy seeing all the praise in the comment section of the novel... Okay so now 19/05/2025 I'm annoyed more then pissed, there are lots of good things and bad things with this adaptation and it's mostly contradictory. _______ This is one of the few novels that doesn't rely on the transmigration/reincarnation crutches to tell a story with a "historical"-esque setting, the writing is very flowery and poetic and hard to understand with bad translation. S1: ending with 45 chapter, the revelation of FL true identity, which is not so bad considering the atrocious pacing the story started with, PS : glad I remembered the main plot line from the least chapter of S1 it made reading S2 easier. S2: is was better with more explanation and good translation, but still infuriating. _______ Regarding the plot, the Benedict royal family deserved to be overthrown, seriously who let a noble dude and his entire extended family move to the place and give them all the important positions like didn't the king get any ruling class!? And the inconsistency at the end drove me crazy why didn't the king take over Gardenia when ML an archduke from his county took down the heretic false royals? and everyone is okay with the witch format Royal family blood hair coronation !? And how can she rule a kingdom while being married to the archduke from the neighbor county who everyone thought is her brother !!!! Yeah no I give up
Fake Wife
WOW such an anticlimactic ending, but at least ML admitted that him feeling turned on because of FL crying face is wrong. ______ Surprisingly I don't like it, this story fix almost every minor issues I have aka miscommunication between characters with this type of story yet it failed at the execution of crucial moments of the romance plot and it's disappointing... Plus there's no angst.
