This is so good for a harlequin! Annoyingly stupid at times but still good. I love this relationship, it did grow on me despite the cringe, great resource for my own story, with a good portrait of attraction turning to physical relationship and the different emotions and thought of it. Unfortunately the first kiss wasn't that useful from the novel. I hate how the story touch on important topic and brushes them off for lass intriguing things to reach the happy ending.

I'm not that invested probably since single parent drama isn't my thing at the moment, and it's boring. I didn't like the romance,the development and the characters

FL suggest marriage to ML and he accepts because of reasons. The conflict accurate after it, ML is into her but think that she's still in love with her ex, while she think that is strictly professional between them and won't admit falling for him.

It can't be considered a romance, right? This is psychological horror. Fuckin Trashy Disgusting ML constantly lie without regrate, he manipulate FL to the fullest and everything he was doing was fake.... FL accepting ML must have been her way of copping with the choc of everything. I won't accept another explanation.

Meh not good but not bad either, wished it focused more and the childhood trauma and it impact on the present.
