Akane-kun Destiny
Anata O Wasuretai
I had some expectations from the title and the synopsis but instead I got ... Grooming with manipulation on the top At first it seems that ML aka monster in a suit rejected FL because of the age difference. Since he most likely raised her and he wants her to look at her life and other options out there, whoever at some point he kisses her multiple times while rejecting her. He get possessive and controlling over her while missing with others lady, he's awful to her yet still took advantage of her amnesia. His excuse is I'm sad and can't never love again No redemption

Cute fluffy story ML realizing he's falling for FL is cute but laughter of him trying to seduce her, Gold ! She's obviously into him and avoid being with his adult self.

I'M LOVING IT SO FAR ! Probably , cause all the characters are down to earth and logical. There is a build up in the way they are thinking and feeling is in sync with the plot. MC POV work well for me, why he accepts the deal, what got him there, how he's feeling bloomed and changed Unlike the other BL I read before this one I'm more comfortable with L.I Kwon Jaehyuk, since he's a straightforward character, there's no ambiguity surrounding him and he's obviously not romantically ~ yet ~ intereste in MC despite having meet in the past. _______ The kiss after chapter 30 is them getting close, it's ther first thing MC verbally asked from L.I and it isn't a part of the contractual relationship. Before it was a mutual beneficial understanding and now it involves personal feelings of both parties -mainly MC but we'll get there eventually-. MC endup confessing his feelings knowing that it's hopeless and it's great. S1 ending was so out the blue I didn't see it coming, and now right at the beginning of S2 I so don't like their relationship it look like that L.I is taking advantage of MC feeling using physical relationship , despite MC being the one that wants it. Mr. Kwon summared it up perfectly " MC have something L.I need, and L.I have no reason to treat MC unkindly" which is the bas of MC feeling. And despite me not liking this in general, I found myself enjoying how the author played MC desperately wanting and yearning for L.I. it's sympathetic and not so heartless because of it logical grounding and founding. MC is aware that he stepped out of their boundaries and did act out of line and this is something I appreciate him not being sassy or irrational. He apologize right away then Kwon being to act manipulative – in my opinion– even though it's not supposed to be the case shown.
