The issue with this was they made it seem like it was okay for a student to be with a teacher. The student is still a minor.

Read the first 1st chapter, didn't finish the second. The alpha raped the omega. The alpha noticed that the omega was in heat and immediately attacked the omega and refused to stop no matter how many times he said stop. The alpha even marked him without his consent. I also didn't like how the omegas badass personality just changed into this meek character just because he got his heat.

I feel like the mangaka didn't hide the fact that what was happening was wrong. So even though I don't approve of incest and rape, the smut was good.
