World has been plagued by a virus and the uke, who's a genius doctor, was working on a vaccine and cure for it with his partner before uke left to Jeju island for research. Virus is unidentified and mutates everytime a vaccine is made so it is hard to find a cure. Uke's partner is killed and seme is sent to protect him since he is one of the few doctors left working on the virus research. Seme is part of a special forces guard and tasked to bring uke to Seoul.
