@v2 ch 4 Seme are uke are childhood friends, basically brothers in apocalypse and uke thinks of seme as older brother. Their mother died. Continue to survive, but seme ends up being infected and leaves uke. Finds him years later in a facility with a "doctor" and seme pretended to lose his memory to keep uke safe. Doctor was experimenting for a cure and uke has the anti bodies that the doctor wants to use. Uke and gang find him years later alivie and living with another group of survivors. Doctor in the gang is collecting samples.

@ch 18 World has been plagued by a virus and the uke, who's a genius doctor, was working on a vaccine and cure for it with his partner before uke left to Jeju island for research. Virus is unidentified and mutates everytime a vaccine is made so it is hard to find a cure. Uke's partner is killed and seme is sent to protect him since he is one of the few doctors left working on the virus research. Seme is part of a special forces guard and tasked to bring uke to Seoul.
