Uke is a famous street fighter and suddenly framed for something he didn't do. Joins game to avoid going to prison. His task is to defeat the strongest in the game, also turns out to be a vigilante who kills weak players, Shiki (seme). Seme trying to figure out an experiment thar involved drug. Uke's blood is special and counters the special drug that others are using. His friend also obsessed with him and he meets many violent characters/challenges.
