Seme uses that as reference to tame uke, by locking him up too. Still is under influence of dad and his assistant, who hates uke from the past.

Uke wants to end himself but is saved by seme who is also a doctor. Seme keeps him confined and does whatever he wants because uke doesn't want his life anyways. Seme still thunking of past lover who died, uke helps him get over it.

Rich seme kidnaps uke who has nothing left after a big mistake. R him and keeps him locked up at his place but eventually starts to fall in love with uke and becomes obsessed with him. Uke tries to run away multiple times. Side story of another non-bl story.

Seme does blackmarket organ trading and drugs. Uke was caught trying to sell drugs and seme keeps him drugged and dependent on him. Uke has mental health disorders which seme takes advantage of.
