All directors in that company, including his rival, always try to kick each other out and show their power in the organization. Seme is also a director at another strong pharmaceutical company and offers to help uke. Ends up using a trait changing drug and turning uke from an alpha to an omega, kidnaps him and keeps him in his home. Uke is looking for someone in the past but seme is somehow related to it, the person in the past was an omega.

Uke is very private and doesn't like associating with anyone but seme keeps visiting him everyday and confesses. Fated universe where name tattoos throb when they are with their fated person and it is illegal to remove names, but uke does it secretly.
