Turns out seme also has his own fairy magic too and is obsessed with keeping uke to himself. Uke's friend who is immune was created by seme's fairy.

Uke's mom knows and forces him to disguse himself so that he can get the title. Seme is a dominant alpha and was adopted by uke's father (emperor) and was a close childhood friend. Both could potentially succeed the throne and uke's mother trying to stop that. Seme doesn't understand why uke is so cold.
