It's an interesting but concerning plot.

It sure is weird, basically about a trio of friends where the "duo" (semes) are in love with the third guy (uke) and they do some "research" for their project (a game). So bascially manipulation to get with the poor guy, even if they were friends to begin with.

Mc saves a grandma and the grandma takes his hand to thank him and somehow gives him some sort of "power" (more like curse) that makes it so that each time he touches his coworker (seme) he gets sexually aroused and all that. Pretty interesting :) The seme is in on it to "Help figure out how to solve this problem".
