22/10/22 4:31pm damn that was way better than i expected 070725 just read it again in the first time in yearsss. honestly it is pretty damn good but i do wish that the author had the opportunity to spread this out in at least 2 volumes instead of just 1. had a lot of potential to be more fleshed out and less rushed. especially the romance, bc the mc fell for the two of them way too quickly. also, ryo and aya abandoning him for 5 years, and then ai forgiving them so fast was also pretty shitty. however, overall i do think this plot was really interesting and i still like all the characters a lot. i feel so sad for all of them, but i'm happy that they are happy together in the end. i think the main problem from this point forward is that they all, especially ryo and aya, have really bad issues to work through. aya obviously has a drug and mental illness issue, which won't be solved just through love unfortunately. but i guess this is the 'happy ending.' i lwk feel sad that ryo and aya weren't enough for each other, but obviously the entire point is that it's a threesome. actually, i feel that ryo and aya's problems are deep rooted psychological problems that can only be alleviated through professional help and therapy. the band-aid solution they used was just ai's love, which is unfortunately unrealistic. they think that they aren't happy despite having a house, each other, etc bc they no longer have ai in their life, but in reality, they are mentally ill and having him there won't magically change that. tho obviously, the story makes it seem like it would. def does make a sweet story, but if only it was that simple in reality.
