Mimori's Naughty Mouth
This was actually pretty decent when the story was focused on the dynamic between the two leads, dentist Yuma and titular salaryman Mimori, and their burgeoning relationship that began because of their encounter at a dental exam. It went off the rails with the introduction of Tsuji. As soon as he came into the picture, every character's brain melted and dribbled out of their nose, and the cute story of a couple growing closer became a dime-a-dozen basic bitch, yaoi logic, "jealousy is good, actually" rape apology/victim blame, miscommunication farce. These types of stories aren't with zero merit, because we can at least read them and contrast them against the real world. But as a reading experience, it is frustrating to watch the plot and characters spin their wheels, and boring so see the same old tropes again and again.
