dynamic: younger, cheeky seme + Hijikata-like uke + more serious seme he doesn’t get along with at first nothing too special but i enjoyed myself! a good generic love triangle if you want something familiar. the jealousy scenes were really satisfying and my betting horse won so i’m happy :)

dynamic: serious, monotone seme and hyper, responsible uke? who’s kinda a loser tbh the art is lovely. the seme is absolutely delicious. however, this manga is pretty bland. the uke got boring *incredibly* fast and i’m left disappointed. why was the seme attracted to the uke in the first place? why was he an exception? if he was just going to be recreated, then what was the point? it just ruined the entire thrill cause then there was nothing at stake.

dynamic: cunning vampire & reluctant bloodbank honestly enjoyed this. it’s very short and uneventful, but it was pretty sweet!

speechless. absolutely lovely. some tweets i made about this manga via my @paincest account: there’s always these few books/mangas/etc. out there that make me feel… kinder, if that makes sense? it warms your heart so much that for a second, you forget everything bad in the world and forgive everything that ever hurt you? that’s what “from green kitchen” is to me. it’s such a lovely read, i couldn’t stop smiling and tearing up from how happy they made me feel?? playing wasteland, baby! as a bgm really just intensified everything aaaa it’s been awhile since i’ve read anything so soft that still managed to keep me interested

same old, same old. generic 2000s ish. the akuma series isn’t really anything special, i just like jealousy scenes.

popular, rich and Emotionally Constipated serious seme & serious strong minded uke i adore this series. their dynamic is incredibly fun as they’re both very serious and •-•. i love the humor a lot and the end melted my heart. i wouldn’t mind reading mindless, inconsequential shenanigans of these two forever. the story is wonderful imo. the writer did a good job in giving an actual plot that would be interesting with or without their relationship. this isn’t nsfw. dubcon tag is for something else. link to my reading thread: https://twitter.com/hyoojn/status/1455534969732861961?s=21

only the first chapter was tolerable. i stopped at chapter 2 cause i wanted the top to be the bottom instead so whatever. it’s lame and boring but the i slightly enjoyed the jealousy scene enough to not rate it 1.

for some reason, i rated this 5 and even added it to my favorites during my initial reason. it’s disappointing because honestly, it wasn’t all that. the start is slow and nothing exciting really happens at all. it’s not bad but it’s kinda mediocre. the top is really handsome though. the clothes bothered me so i was glad when i saw him dress well for once. even though the whole story is fictional, he felt like a kdrama male lead in a manga if that makes sense. quite the romantic! the uke’s ex-girlfriend was annoying. i wanted her to face further consequences. overall, it’s ok. a 3 at best. nothing to remember. wish the smut was more explicit.

copied from initial read: oh wow thete’s a lot to take in it’s /really/ good and went BEYOND my expectations. it’s full of drama and a plot. the thing is i did get bothered by how often the uke gets raped by other guys that rlly pissed me off probably would never reread like it’s intriguing cause of problematic and controversial themes but ehhhh it rlly is emotionally heavy the mains switch but not with each other it was kinda annoying but tolerable enough
