Trash of the Count's Family
MC: Cunning, Desires carefree life (ironically makes more work for himself) Side Characters: Misunderstand his intentions but ultimately benefits from MCs decisions–becomes attached to MC Antagonists: Numerous (either confrontative or unexpected) Atmosphere: Amusing, Heartwarming, PLOT TWISTS **I'm more into the novel than its adapted form, but I'm pinning this for the sake of art
Another Typical Fantasy Romance
FL: Frail body, Capable, Fears love after being betrayed, Vocal ML: Capable, Love makes him shy and adorable, loyal, respectful Subordinates of ML: Supportive and devoted, a little sarcastic Family of FL: loving and concerned Atmosphere: Romantic and Comedic (so much funny faces)
The Villain's Savior
FL: self-sacrificing for the ML's sake, headstrong yet also timid ML: Violent, Possessive, swayed by the FL's affection (tragic villain) FL's Family: Doting and supportive 2nd couple: supporting characters highly linked to the novel world Antagonist: Vile, Mysterious, dangerous being Atmosphere: Traumatic (esp the ML's life) and Dark Romance Special Tag (Time&Dimension): HUGE SPOILER, but it's a key concept to how deep the MCs relationship go
How to Be a Dark Hero’s Daughter
MC: Sharp witted, timid, and cautious. Died from surgery and recollected her past memories after interacting with the novel's MC Foster Father: Powerful, Overprotective, OG MC of the novel Brother: Overprotective, copy of father's personality Butler: devoted, henchman Atmosphere: dark but wholesome when it comes to the family
I Will Change The Genre
FL: dense, naive, knows the novel's plot and talks big about protecting luca or even getting to know the antagonist (as if she hasn't already read the novel and knows exactly how he does shit) Novel's MC: tragic character but gives me the idea that he had time travelled to the past as a wish that could've triggered his aunt to being possessed by an otherworlder—mature, dragged his aunt with him to keep an eye on her ML: dense romantic who is powerful. drawn hotly but has an actual boring personality except being infatuated by the FL Antagonist: plain looking but good with his words, boosted by the fact that the FL is a total idiot thinking she could deal with him despite having the most obvious intentions Overall: It's the FL that ruins the story in all honesty. she wanted to make it up to Luca but doesnt get into this apologetic phase. doesn't focus on building a relationship with luca but rather impose expectations and always refer to the novel. referring to the novel wouldve been nice and all, but again, there's this wtf moment when she acts all smart as if she didn't just bite into the antagonist's bait—
Brother's Sick Love
FL: Witty yet crippled due to the OG body saving her older brother—given the little knowledge she has, she wisely dodged schemes against her and instead earned the favor of her older brother ML: the elder brother who knew that the girl was not his bloodrelated sister hence he looked down on her not until he learnes that she treasure him deeply Plot: would be uncomfortable for those who dislikes incest (yeah, the word is valid long as it's between the same "family") atmosphere: Common for Manhua's to be full of schemes and mindgames—as well as poetry and metaphors—hence its more or less interesting to know how they one up each other
Miss Not-So Sidekick
FL: hyper, quick witted ML: powerful, sly plot: wakes up in a novel as a villainess, but enjoys the romantic affairs which the heroine will be involved with. She realizes hidden truths behind the narrative of a "heroine" instead. atmosphere: comedic
I Didn't Mean to Seduce the Male Lead
52 FL: calculative, not easily flustered, stands her ground and never made me facepalm...yet ML: kinda had reasonable attraction and is forward with his desires with a little flustered and adorableness Antagonist: two faced and extremely influential Supporting characters: multifaceted and has depth to their characterization. Atmosphere: full of schemes, sexual tension, drama, and quite exciting
Beware of the Villainess!
